My counselor John was very helpful in helping me understand the process and communicating with me directly. I never felt like just a number. There can be alot of shame around debt, so I appreciated having someone encourage me and work with me. I am so thankful that I made the decision to go with CCC. I could not see a way out, but I paid back everything that I owed! Having lower interest rates made it much more manageable. It took about 4 1/2 years, but it was worth it! January 1 was my last payment! I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about getting out of credit card debt.
