I was sinking in debt and felt such shame at getting into that position. I finally contact CCC and I'm so very glad I did. I was treated with kindness and compassion and they were ablt to negotiate with my creditors for lower interest rates. I paid for a year then received and unexpected windfall so I was able to clear the debt completly. From first contact to last receipt they have been wonderful. I just received confirmation that I have a zero balance there. Please don't hesitate to call this company. I did not have to let my accounts go past due like some companies require. Sorry so long. I just can't say enough good about Christian Credit Counselors.

I did have trouble with signing in but was helped by the counselor. The speed the process is commendable.

I just started working with them, but it's been a frustrating experience. I was given a lot of completely wrong information about certain credit card companies, talked down to, and treated like I'm unintelligent. I didn't really have time to research other companies, but I did not have a great experience so far. There isn't any "counseling" involved. Very impersonal.

Where to begin with the praise for Christian Credit Counselors, and how immensely thankful we are that honest and truly caring organizations exist in this world where corporations dominate the market/marketing and endeavor to overshadow those earnestly seeking to help people? After a shocking experience with a large, national, debt relief/consolidation program listed on Forbes for which we did not go through with due to what we thought was questionable practice, through Reddit my spouse and I discovered the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and through the NFCC, we were connected to Christian Credit Counselors for a debt management plan.

For those people who may not be aware, there is absolutely a difference between debt relief/consolidation and a debt management plan. Christian Credit Counselors offers only the latter, and they are incredibly transparent about their process. Absolutely lovely people throughout; the three representatives we were in contact with, Kelley, Gino, and Brenda made the process humane and simple. They were prompt to respond to us, answer questions, and process our application; highly professional, and yet, still warm and kind people. It truly resonated throughout our experience working with Christian Credit Counselors. We felt we were in trustworthy hands.

Of special note, if there were an option to add bonus stars we would add them for the best, most considered and compassionate contract we’ve ever had to read. We are grateful for Christian Credit Counselors.

CCC is the best! They helped us get payments we could afford to pay off the debt without creating more debt. They are honest and sincere, not crooked and sketchy like other “debt consolidators.”
