Shame about limit on amount of product available
Website easy to navigate, good product price per pack, delivered on time.
Would have been 5 stars but only allowed to buy 2 packs of Stugeron. It is a motion isickness pill for heaven's sake. The cost of delivery was almost equal to a pack of the product.

Don’t reply to emails and use Evri who don’t deliver your parcel!
Sadly they use Evri who left my parcel dumped on road instead of secure parcel box clearly visible and so was stolen; I emailed them three times and never responded so I filed S75 and got money refunded through that process. Terrible customer service and just ignore you!

We are sorry to hear you have been unable to get through to Pharmacy2U when needed. We are aware of the wait times and issues with getting through to us, we are working hard to reduce this.
Furthermore, we are currently in the process of recruiting additional customer care advisers to help alleviate the call/chat queues we are seeing, we have already observed an improvement, and we are handling more and more contact each day. We hope our availability will continue to improve over the coming weeks as we become more efficient.
We do have other platforms that you can use to make contact; Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & X) these are worked daily, and you may get a response quicker, we are also looking into WhatsApp, currently there is no ETA of when this will be rolled out to patients to use, but it is in the pipeline.
Having reviewed your account I can see our team did respond to you and have issued a refund, this was issued yesterday, it can take 3-5 working days for this to be processed by your bank.
Evri did advise that the parcel had been delivered, I am sorry it was left in an inappropriate place which led to it being stolen, we will raise this with them directly.

Brilliant service quick delivery but unfortunately the only downside is the courier left my perfume on the front doorstep on a main road in view for anyone to pick up so unless you use a different courier I won’t be ordering again
