Don't expect any help from Pharmacy2u when things go wrong.
To be honest, most of my medicines arrive on time in good condition, and the service is great for these. However, one of my medications is always a problem. They are out of stock, there's a delay, can we split your order and send these later?
Well this time they promised to send it on the 17th of July (3 weeks after it was due). I figured out that I had almost enough to last until then if I reduced my dose. Then this morning they tell me that they can't get it, so they've cancelled my prescription. My surgery doesn't open until 8am on Monday. They have left me with a ridiculously difficult task (I am disabled) and a tight deadline. I MUST have this medication, and frankly I'm beyond angry about being treated in such an offhand way.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to learn of this issue. It appears you have left your review on our over-the-counter product Trustpilot page, rather than our NHS page.
When prescriptions are received, we allocate available stock to process the order. If no stock is available, the item is marked as "owing" so our purchasing team can source it.
Once a supplier or manufacturer provides an expected delivery date, we contact the patient to advise them of the delay. In cases where we cannot obtain the product, we will promptly notify both the patient and their GP surgery.
Intermittent supply problems can occur due to manufacturing issues causing shortages of branded products, or supply chain disruptions making generic medicines difficult to obtain.
Due to the nature of our service, we cannot supply an alternative medication without a new prescription from your GP.
