We used Celtic Legends for our car rental in Scotland and were extremely impressed with their service.
From the very first email, communication was clear, prompt, and very friendly. They provided all the necessary information and were always available to help throughout the process.
Their prices are outstanding, especially considering the inclusion of a second driver at no extra cost.
They collaborate with Arnold Clark, where we also received top-notch customer care – they assisted us quickly and with great courtesy (we had a flat tire).
A truly excellent experience from start to finish. Reliable, transparent, and highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Scotland.

Friendly & Professional
My husband and I recently rented a car for five days through Celtic Legend, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The SUV we received was in immaculate condition, practically brand new with only 300 miles on the clock.
Upon arriving in Inverness, we were met by a shuttle bus just a short walk from the terminal, which took us to the Arnold Clark Rental showroom about 15 minutes away. The return process was just as smooth, we dropped off the car and were promptly shuttled back to the airport in plenty of time for our flight home.
All our communications with Celtic Legend before the trip were handled quickly, courteously, and professionally. Overall, the service was seamless from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Celtic Legend and will definitely use them again on our next visit to Scotland.

We enjoyed terrific service from Celtic Legend / Arnold Clark, from check in to return. Fast, friendly, and top notch. They explained every option in simple terms, including insurance. We got a great car with low mileage that was the perfect compact size for navigating Scotland's mostly narrow roads. The car gave my wife and I the freedom to explore the true beauty of Scotland - off the beaten path and into the magical rural wilderness where we felt like we had the place to ourselves. We had the peace of mind knowing that Celtic Legend / Arnold Clark had great customer service at the ready should we encounter any problems or breakdowns.

We hired a car for around 4 weeks. The process was simple, no fuss, relaxed, professional, friendly. I would definitely use Celtic Legend again. Pick and drop off were both easy.
Only thing I'd change is a return service from Oxford.

Everything went perfect.
Our experience with Celtic Legend was fantastic. Communication with the staff was very fast and easy.
The car was brand new and fully equipped, something we can't say for other rental agencies usually found at the airport. Despite this high quality, they are still the cheapest! The included taxi service to and from the airport was very much appreciated and extremely convenient. Should we plan another trip to Scotland in the future, we will certainly choose Celtic Legend again for our car rental. Thank you.

Fantastic car and experience
Booked from Australia a couple of months before our trip. Seamless pickup from Arnold Clark at Manchester Ringway Trading Estate on a Sunday morning. Walked there from Premier Inn Heald Green. Very friendly staff members and we got a beautiful almost new Vauxhall Corsa. This car had a reversing camera which 2 others we’ve had on this trip didn’t (different providers). We drove up through Lake District to the highlands and ended in Stirling where we returned the car 2 weeks later, also within walking distance of a Premier Inn. Very handy for us. Had no problems at all and were very happy with the price. Definitely recommend Celtic Legend.

Just recently returned from Scotland and we used Celtic Legend for our car rental. Our experience was wonderful from the first interaction of booking until we turned our car in to come home! I ended up having to make changes to our booking because we changed our dates and it was super simple, the response time was very fast, and it was easy! The prices couldn't be beat for the 10 days we were in Scotland and we included full insurance protection because it was for myself, my daughter and granddaughter and I wanted to be sure we were covered. Every employee that I came in contact with was pleasant and made the experience easy and smooth. We will rent through Celtic Legend again for sure!

Great place to rent a vehicle
This is the second time we rented from Celtic Legend. The staff are so helpful and personable. They came to our hotel to pick us up to take us to the rental store. We returned our vehicle to another location who then shuttled us to the train station. The process to reserve is easy.

Celtic Legend were amazing, affordable and made the whole rental process a dream
Celtic Legend took all the rental issues I have had with the other big companies out of the mix and made it so simple from booking and pick up to return. The desk courtesy and shuttle service was a dream. Gotta take the full insurance cover with them and it’s still cheaper!

A five star experience. Excellent customer service from initial email queries to turning the car in after our 10 days on the Isle of Skye. They helped me choose the right size car for our party and where we would be traveling. Rates were very good even after the extra add-ons I purchased, an excellent value. I highly recommend them!!!

Great company, kind staff, cheap prices. We had a flat tire in a very remote place in Skye, we called assistance and after only 2 hours a van with a new tire arrived. Highly recommended for your travel in Scotland.
