We have used USRentacar for all our car hire in the USA for years. They are super helpful, and really responsive with queries. They are also great value for money, which is a huge plus. I love that their whole team are based in the UK, and are real people, so you don't have to go through ghastly overseas call centres, or deal with bots!! Bravo USRentacar!

Absolutely superb customer service from Jess, we contacted them with 3 days to go before our pickup, the item I highlighted was resolved in less than 24 hrs, excellent communication, between the manager and Jess.The way they dealt with the challenge was exemplary, I wish other companies had this level of customer service, I have used USRentacar many times before and they have always been on the ball, this time they were outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service as booking had to be changed a couple of times due to the crap pandemic. Jess was very helpful.

Been using them for 14 years now and just made my first booking since the shutdown. Had to cancel 3 bookings last year and got my money back for all of them. Prices are up a lot right now but not surprised as car rental market is a mess. So pleased usrentacar seem to have weathered the storm.

We have used usrentacar for several years and have always found the rental works well in a number of different airports in the US. The rental company always knows of our booking and a car is immediately available. The most important benefit to us is that all insurance charges are included. We also appreciate the addition in the last few years of the very reasonably priced cancellation insurance.

I have used US Rentacar for many years, and find the service first class, the rates competitive and the website easy to use.

At a time where hire cars are very hard to come by in Florida, Usrentacar got us sorted with a evenings notice. Even more surprising was the price. Great service, 6th time I have used them and will continue in the future.

I have been renting from usrentacar for many years with good results and experience. On the last two occasions the experience has been poor. Firstly because the car provider (Thrifty) was overwhelmed and the wait in line took over 2 hours! The car was dirty and the service from the personnel was lacking. What is unforgivable to me is that I phoned usrentacar more than six times trying to clarify a billing issue and they did not return my calls as "promised" on the voice recording. I can understand issues and errors due to the current situation faced by many but to ignore my calls has damaged my appreciation of usrentacar after so many years doing business with them. I hope the improve.

I love using US Rent A Car! I’ve been using them for rentals since 2005 and really appreciate the great deal you get. It’s so nice to have so many included extras without worrying about the additional charges - it’s all taken care of - and a lot cheaper than going directly with the rental companies themselves.

I have used usrentacar several times and always found they offer a great price. The whole process from booking to returning the car has always been a smooth operation.

I have used usrentacar.co.uk several times now, each time I found their service excellent. The choice of cars, rental companies and silver or gold cover is very good. I have never had a problem with them, would recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Very sadly, this has not been a happy rental with a couple of big issues with Thrifty which held up the rental process and, at the time of writing, have left us with unnecessarily increased costs.

The USRentacar team in the UK is working to resolve all the issues involved, but, I for one will not be using Thrifty again on the basis of recent experience.

It also worries me that USRentacar do not deal directly with car rental companies in the USA, and that the employment of an intermediary organisation slows down the resolution process.

They don’t confirm the reservation if you book before 24 hours !

And support service not replying 24/7

Made a booking for our May holiday to Orlando but was cancelled due virus dealt with Kelly who sorted everything out for me and have booked again for July 2021

Ok, I get it. Coronavirus has probably added a load of admin but...

Initially was only offered my deposit back, had to query about the full amount. This was settled after I asked the question having paid everything up front.

My issue is that despite my payment being taken up front, in full, and immediately... I have to wait 2 MONTHS for a refund?

Asking for progress has just been met with the same response that it can take up to 60 days.

Used thus site over may years and always found then best price and most reliable.
