We recently moved into our new Castle Green home at Trevalyn Place and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

From our very first visit, Kelly was great. She took the time to help us find the right home and patiently talked us through all the different fixtures and fittings. When our previous house sale unfortunately fell through after we had reserved, Kelly and the team were understanding and never made us feel under any pressure while we found new buyers. That support was much appreciated during what could have been a very stressful time.

Since moving in, Andy, the Site Manager, has been brilliant too. As with any new build, there were a few small cosmetic snags, but every single one has been sorted quickly and professionally, with no pushback. It's been really reassuring to know that any issues have been taken seriously and resolved without fuss.

Buying a house can be stressful, but Kelly and Andy have made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. We'd happily recommend Castle Green to our family and friends, and we're so pleased we chose them for our new home.

Very helpful and good communication skills

Very impressed - built quality and design appears excellent. Their snagging list had more items on it that my surveyor found! After moving in, spotted a few issues and reported via their app. A day or two later the ‘handover manager?’ came over to have a look and then various trades arrived to fix the issues. One or two comms issues during the conveyancing but I guess you have to expect that.

Hilary has been very professional, patient, and responsive. Kirsten also provides seamless support while Hilary's away. Excellent service and great team at the Bridgewater View!

Reservation process was lovely and smooth. Rhianna was great, explained everything clearly and even stayed late so we could get everything sorted. Thank you!

Carl came to do a few jobs in the property. He was really efficient, polite, did a great job of tiling in the bathroom and refitting a utility cupboard with lots of pipework. He left everything spotless. Thanks Carl.

Thoughout the whole process all the staff from various departments, both office & onsite are pleasant, helpful, and efficient. We had lots of questions before deciding to buy and then during the process and staff were patient and understanding. We never felt under pressure to rush into any decisions.
Communication is excellent.
Also when we moved in, staff were welcoming and genuinely keen to assure us to let them know if we had any questions or issues that they needed to deal with.

Kirsten and the sales team at Bridgewater Gardens have been fantastic! We have been here a year now, and they have always been very friendly and helpful whenever we nip in with any questions.

Hilary at Bridgewater View, Daresbury, was excellent. She gave us all the support and knowledge we needed to reserve our dream home. These homes are a disgrace, problem after problem. They Evan can't finish the pavements and the roads without constantly digging up the roads time after time.not recommended at all.

Great service and simple process

We are currently in the process of purchasing a property, and our experience with Castle Green Homes- Rydal View has been excellent so far.
Hearher has been incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. She has always taken the time to listen to our needs and ensure that we felt supported every step of the way.

Sian has also been absolutely fantastic. Her guidance and expertise have helped us better understand the land, the purchase process, and all the details involved. She has been patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions.

The whole team has made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more straightforward and enjoyable. We truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. We would highly recommend Castle Green Homes.

I actually don't have enough words to convey our disappointment and indeed anger at this company, who sold us a dream home, but delivered us a nightmare at Bridgewater View Daresbury. We had initally given CG the opportunity to make things right after we moved into our property in March'26 and identified over 250 snags, not just minor issues, the majority are major issues, that have caused us severe stress, inconvenience and major disruption to our lives.

Although our complaint has been heard, I do not think the aftersales customer service process has been acceptable. So we feel we must speak up to address and give an honest account of this alleged 5* builder whom have been nothing short of diabolical since we collected our keys from the lovely front of house sales negotiators.... from there it falls apart.
So far we have had a whole house repaint, top to bottom, new windows, a wall knocked out and rebuilt, ceiling lights repositioned, and holes filled to make good where they were incorrectly installed, a new shower, tray, and screen, a new bath, 2 tiles to the bathroom replaced as they were glaringly the wrong colour from the others and laid ...new doors, handles,repairs to wardrobes, a drain installed across our garage as it flooded as no one had thought to consider that as the driveway is on a slight slope rain water will travel and cause water damage to our items in storage there.... the list goes on and on with things still outstanding, mentioned are just a few.
These issues are still being addressed and there is no end in sight, in addition we change our working patterns to accommodate the different tradespeople booked and then people don't turn up as promised to complete their jobs, leading to more delays and further inconvenience. We do have lives you know CG, and you are SEVERELY impacting them!!!
(However as a NB, i have to give praise to the Multi tasker & painted assigned to our house who now feel like lodgers as they have been with us that long, who have both In turn turned this house around to what now is an acceptable standard)
BUT....
Is this really what is to be expected in purchasing a new build home from Castle Green? Apparently not, according to their construction director, but if not, why are we still experiencing such appalling service and being subjected to constant stress for 10 weeks.

Advice...potential buyers beware, save yourselves the disappointment and stress and go down the road to Redrow, wish we did.
