Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Jamie Lowe. He made it simple from the initial enquiry and quote to completion and delivery of the vehicle.
As I was urgently needing a car Jamie ensured that all paperwork was sent through signed and dotted and had car delivered just over a week from the beginning. Can’t praise Jamie and the company enough. Totally professional, explained everything that I needed to know and pulled out all the stops to get everything over the line sooner than normal. Love the car and would most certainly recommend Carwow to anyone looking to lease the car they want. Nothing too much trouble for them. Excelled all my expectations.

Although we weren’t able to come to an agreement on a car, I found Calum to be knowledgable, helpful and easy to speak to. From first contact and quotations to beyond the delivery date, the level of service and attention to detail has been excellent. I was well informed throughout the process, with questions answered incredibly quickly and thoroughly. Delivery was smooth and date arranged quickly. We ordered our first lease car through carwow leasey. It has been a great experience. I was allocated a named person to liaise with for queries. Georgia has been exceptional: she was able to match a like for like quote I’d found elsewhere after our order had been put through.

The portal is easy to use and helpful for tracking. I am glad I ordered through this company as order to delivery was about 8-9 weeks which is massively shorter than many other lease providers and dealerships.

Even when there was an issue with stock levels, Calum kept the communication going and offered various solutions, along with a better finance deal compared to what he had previously put forward, thus providing us with an overall saving.
