Had 2 bedroom carpets bought and fitted in the last few months.
Very pleased with the service in store and carpet fitters were friendly and did a good job

Bought some vinyl for my bathroom, which was a bargain I can’t deny that. Asked them to fit it, the fitter came an hour late with no apology or anything the flooring has been laid poorly & not only that he left his rubbish everywhere in my house after he left. Appalling job would not go back. Whittlesey branch.

I bought flooring for a house I have recently moved into and as always there was extra flooring left which when I went back to the Chingford store the team there was very accommodating in that I could swap the excess flooring with another flooring I required for the bath. The customer service was exceptional and the whole process was made very easy for me. I would like to thank the team at the Chingford store.

Just had hall stairs landing and 4 bedrooms carpeted. All i can say is SUPERIOR to another Company we used for front room recently. Quality is excellent fitters got on with job as soon as they arrived.

We were particularly impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and the care Jamie, from the Bicester Carpets4less Store, took throughout the 2 days he was with us. The carpets look fantastic, and the finish is immaculate. The staff in the store were most helpful, helped with selection and gave us accurate information about delivery time. I recommend the company and services and will certainly contact it for any future work.

Replacing engineered board with LVT. Salesman in the shop said the fitters would use 12mm ply to match the height around the existing kitchen units. Estimate of £880.00 for fitting given, Fitters came round and estimate increased to £1510.00, which I assumed was for the thicker ply. When they started the fitting they found that about a quarter of the existing floor was concrete. They asked for an extra £480.00. Once they had finished I found that they had used only 6mm ply and the end result was awful. After negotiations with the franchise holder in the Orpington store it was agreed that for an extra £1000.00 they would lift the flooring they had laid and add extra ply and replace. At the end of this they did not mastic the edges round the kitchen units as agreed. In the end I paid just short of £3000.00 to lay 24 M2 of LVT. AVOID

Please do not make the mistake we made when buying lino from Carpets 4less Northampton.
2sq metres we ordered plus fitting came to £167, not much i know , but it's only for a small ensuite.
2 weeks to arrive and instead of the grey herringbone we ordered we got brown laminate. After a heartless apology and 6 days later we have what we ordered fitted minus the doorbar we paid for (which i collected , again no apology) and it's done.
You gey exactly what you pay for with careless 4 less , Avoid , avoid ,avoid.

Went to the Banbury store wich has just opened .. was helped by the manager Steven Harris was so helpful and very knowledgeable very very pleased with the customer service great selection of flooring highly recommended this store

Impressive service from purchase to fitting.
Went to Harlow to get a stairs, hall and landing carpet.
Nothing was too much trouble from the shop man, booked a slot in for following Thursday.
Fitter turned up on time did a fantastic job, very pleased with price and service.

Great personal service from Brian in the Colchester store. Advice was excellent and order was completed within just a few minutes. Slight issue with the invoice and our late request to add to the order was resolved over the phone with no problems. Carpet fitter Peter Broomfield was excellent - efficient, friendly and hard working. We are very pleased with the new carpet in terms of quality, comfort and fitting.

Excellent service from from start to finish at carpets4less, Wellingborough. Salesman and manager were very helpful and knowledgeable and the carpet fitter, who was friendly and polite, did an excellent job. Competitive prices and excellent range of carpets and flooring. Can highly recommend this company.

Tyrone at the Whittlesey store has always been helpful,friendly knowledgeable and has time to help me decide on which carpet will go best in each room.
He is a great asset to carpets for less and while he is there I will continue to shop with only him.
I have recommended him to many friends and family 😃

Carpets for less in Swindon has been amazing from start to finish. I couldn't recommend a service strong enough. The best service, understanding and care. I highly recommend these guys. 😊

Zero customer service - All these stores are franchise & we bought ours from the Braintree Branch then it closed.
1. Incorrect colour & quality.
2. Trying to contact head office via email & telephone no luck.
3. The man who answer's say's he knows nothing although it's the head office number I've checked with the other stores & through Company's House . We have tuffs coming out of the carpet hence that's why we are trying to speak to someone which if pulled leave holes. I'm pretty sure the man on the phone is the director who thinks because he's a director he shouldn't answer the phone!

Tyrone is a dream. He's clearly been in the business for a long time. He's always cracking a joke, which is a fantastic customer experience. He guided me and my wife around the store and advised about the differences in the carpets we were looking at. He gave his opinion and experience when we asked, and left us to it when we were just browsing. When it came to totalling it all up, it couldn't have been easier, he knew exactly what was needed and the quantities of it all. We had a large room in an odd shape, and Tyrone was able figure out a way to get it done. Thanks Tyrone! This will be the third time we've used Carpets4Less and it will absolutely not be the last.

Carpets4less charge you a “facilitation” fee to organise and “oversee” your installation. But read the small print carefully (which you don’t get until after you have placed an order) which states any installation issues are your problem to be resolved by you and the installer. So when the installer fits your flooring incorrectly, you are on your own. Not really the end to end service they should be delivering.
