Excellent! From start to finish the staff were helpful and knowledgeable . Mike was happy to come to my house to measure and advise on the type of carpet and underlay required. The team that came to remove old carpets and fit new ones went above and beyond to leave the place tidy and remove all the waste. The price was very competitive and I am delighted with the results.

Fantastic. Went to get some carpet with my 8yo autistic daughter for her bedroom. AJ was very patient and helpful. Extremely friendly and understanding.

We recently used the Wellingborough branch and had fantastic service from start to finish. The person we dealt with helped us to decide on the right carpet and came at great value for money.
Everything was arranged for the fitters and they were also a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job.

No messing no fuss, took in my measurements and chose my carpet. Price set for carpet and underlay . Date arranged there and then. Would have preferred sooner but if they were busy they are good , right!
Fitters were pleasant and tidied up after them selves. Had from these before and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend them x

From first viewing, final install to after sales. I received a 5start service from the Bicester store.

I have special needs and communication is a particular problem for me. I didn’t have to worry as everyone was very easy going. Happy to explain things over and over until I understood.

I even had something I wasn’t sure about. Contacted them and they sent someone round. Put my mind at rest.

First time using this company and I wasn’t disappointed. Mike came out when he said he would and gave me a good quote. He even got me a fitting date that worked around other work I was having done. Simon who came to do my flooring came earlier on the day which was a bonus and was done in a few hours. Would recommend

Having had the stairs and landing carpeted earlier by this company, we decided to have them fit our bedroom carpet. Each time we’ve received great friendly service, the prices very reasonable also. Communication was great and the carpet fitter very friendly and professional. Our go to for carpet in the future. This review relates to the Stoke on Trent store in Fenton.

The guy came i got bad back he move fridge table .first to lay flooring .good cleen job .took rubbish with him .went the extra mile as a fitter.wil use again ....bob

I had my carpets fitted and the guys who came to my house did great job in fitting the bedrooms and stairs.

I was very pleased with the service i got,the carpet was fitted well and on time,the fitters were polite friendly and professional as were the shop staff

Nothing was too much trouble for them – they were helpful every step of the way and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The workmanship was excellent – the finish is absolutely spot on and has transformed the rooms. They worked efficiently, arrived on time, and were very clean and tidy, leaving everything spotless when they were done. We had Moin and Junaid come to fit our carpets today and they went above and beyond to fit carpets.
We had a large bed that couldn't be moved easily but they problem solved the issue and got the job done.
Very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them
