Fitted some carpets yesterday. Andrew at the Cambridge store gave me a very fair price and found the matching carpet that I was looking for. Other carpet stores nearby couldn’t or were not interested.
I would thoroughly recommend Andrew & the Cambridge Carpet4less store.

I bought a rug from this company on the 20th December. I put it down and found the edging was coming off. I returned it on the 28th December. No refund or replacement.
1. It was more than 24 hours since i bought it.
2. It was get this one Hygienically sensitive
3. It was on sale.
I suggest that before buying anything from this company you ask to see copies of theit terms and conditions. I am pleased to say I have only lost £29. I am very happy I did not buy any expensive items.

Went to Carpets4Less yesterday after being let down by Tapi. Taron at Orpington Branch loaned my wife and i 2 huge carpet sample collections to be returned next day and made it clear there was no obligation to buy TWICE! But if we were interested just give him room sizes and he would give us an estimate. Well job done because we bought today and the carpet we chose was a superior thickness to all others we have seen. Also the sales experience was also superior to others we have experienced. You really need to try Carpets4less not on price but quality alone.just had new carpets fitted EXCELENT service and especially QUALITY and fitting.

I recently purchased carpets from Carpets4Less in Colchester and had them fitted today by Peter – I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Peter arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of the space. The fitting itself was flawless, and the carpets look absolutely fantastic! Not only did he complete the job quickly, but he also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving no mess behind. Overall high-quality service provided. I highly recommend Carpets4Less and Peter, to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and courteous carpet fitter. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!

This is the second time I have used carpets4less in Milton Keynes. Both times the experience has been fantastic. No pushy salesman and left alone to look at the carpets in peace but the Manager was there to help when needed. He is really helpful and knowledgeable and not a typical salesperson. Very reasonable pricing compared to other carpet shops and the quality is good. Fitting of the carpet was first class, friendly carpet fitter and did a fantastic job! No complaints whatsoever. Time from ordering to being fitted was just under 2 weeks which was great. I would highly recommend carpets4less MK to anyone wanting a decent carpet and on a budget.

Helpful all the way through our purchase and accommodated our needs as needed. The Carpet Fitter did a first class job and we are very pleased with the result. Excellent company and would recommend to anyone.
