Really not happy

Really not happy, bought a car with 19k ask for wheel nur key the guy said yes it's in the car but is not in the car. Now it's an extra harassment and extra cost.

Faulty cars

I purchased a car for my birthday from car giant in July. After eight months the it had a major fault, the car completely stopped working. Luckily I purchased warranty however it is taking the garage 8 weeks to get the part so I am without a car for two months. I am continuing to pay my finance and insurance for the car even though I am not using it. I called car giant to ask why they sold me a faulty car for £21,000 but they never offered any assistance or explanation.
Worst experience ever don’t buy from them

Stephen Boulter the sales assistant…

Stephen Boulter the sales assistant made our time incredibly relaxed and efficient. He was helpful, knowledgable and did not put any pressure on us. We arrived at 9 and found the car we loved by 10:30 and drove away at 2,30 after a full service.
