Excellent Customer Service
We were in and out of the store in less thn 1/2 hour, however we had come in because the website stated reduced prices in store on clearance / discontinued, etc. to find out that there was nothing in stre that we could take home the same day. It is a showroom only - everything is in a warehouse in Calgary and takes 2 business days to arrive. Everything in the showroom is full website price. That said, the service was excellent in store and delivery was on time, and very friendly and professional.

The staff at CAS is knowledgeable about a wide variety of products. Vunny went the extra mile to give us discounts and he responded quickly to concerns. We would go back to this location when buying another appliance.

Wrong product was input into the…
Wrong product was input into the invoice, was not noticed until I (customer) double checked the invoice to verify. Contacted the sales person via email & phone asked her to contact me. She sent me an email back asking if she could contact me the next morning (no phone call back). Contacted by phone (voicemail) again asking for her to contact me, only contacted me via text. This isn't the way to communicate with customers especially after asking twice to talk to me personally. Very poor customer service.

Our sales rep (Vunny) clearly knew the product we wanted to purchase. The entire process was very quick, and he answered all of our questions. When a small slip-up occurred following delivery, Vunny was very quick to take care of it for us.
