Purchasing a replacement fridge was so easy online. Once purchased selecting delivery date and he companies promised notifications to me were fulfilled. Night before time frame for delivery provided. Overall good but couple of things
Overall good but couple of things. Website should have asked if u was going to stack washer and dryer so I could buy stacking kit at same time.
Installer did not have new replacement hoses and asked if I wanted to just use old ones. These were 18 years old and I said no. Meant installer needed to come back for both reasons mentioned above.

We knew the appliance we wanted this time so I was looking for the best price. Vunny was great at offering a good deal, explaining options for delivery, installation and extended warranties. And it all happened on time. Also loved the tracking and communications from the delivery team.

Fast and efficient
Nick helped me out with finding what I was looking for shortly after entering the store.i was able to pick out what I wanted a short time later. Paper work was done and I was on my way. Appliances showed up on schedule and guys installed them quickly and efficiently. Friendly service. They even took the boxes with them. Definitely recommend these guys.

We did our purchase of a d/w at the CAS…
We did our purchase of a d/w at the CAS west edmonton store.
We worked with Hailey there to make our purchase and she was so helpful and efficient.
The delivery of our new d/w, the removal of the old one and the installation of our new one all went very well. Eddy did the old removal and then the new installation.
He was very efficient and professional.
I did not catch the names of the 2 delivery staff but they were great too. All 3 guys were from APTCO.
We have since referred a new customer to CAS and he purchased a washer and dryer there. Thank you!
