Prices are competitive - phone customer service, not so much
Placed a large order to replace a lot of my family camping supplies online... didn't receive any sort of order confirmation. Called in the next day to get a status when the account I created didn't work... the gentlemen on the phone were not outright rude, but were not pleasant to say the least --- its evident they have no customer service training and I did not like dealing with them. Given that I am 3000 miles away from them, the only thing they can offer is aggressive pricing, easy order management, and if I need to call in, descent customer service. Competitors had the same products a similar pricing, I would opt to try someone else next time.
