Ordered on Friday, paid a lot for second day shipping, because I fly out Monday night. They took the weekend off and didn't ship until Monday, so the products I need for my trip (and will never need again) will arrive too late. Shipping costs wasted, and I'll have to return the products and take time today to buy them from the nearest REI instead.

Camphor has a nice selection of outdoor clothing.

Good quality items but prices are high retail if not on sale.
shipping sucks, slow smart post, over a week to get your stuff.
They need to step up on shipping to compete with the amazon's type of just a couple days. buying here is not a first choice

This store has the best customer service ever! The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable and would rather you buy the correct gear for you than what's in their inventory. (Much better than REI!)

Terrible experience with customer service. My package was shipped to the wrong address and after weeks of waiting customer told me there was nothing they could do to help. I purchased a product that was supposed to arrive a week ago and Campmor refuses to help resolve the issue.

Wouldn't exchange pants. They claimed it has been worn....I am going back to REI.

CAMPMOR DELIVERS !!!! I ordered LOWA Boots. I"ve known for some time that LOWA Footwear is HIGH END - HIGH SPEED. Campmor provided me with a bargain I couldn't resist !!! I paid extra for Second Business Day Delivery & still got the best price I could find !!!! If you don't check out Campmor, I guarantee that a bargain will be missed !!!!

I found them to have great selection, prices, and order processing speed in terms of backpacking equipment. I may be shifting from Backcountry.com to this site from now on...

Great value and EXCELLENT service. I order my items on-line. There is no charge for shipping (>$50). I received them in 2 days. So much better than AMAZON. If you don't subscribe to their "PRIME" they hold you oder hostage for 5 days, then ship it!

First time customer and super impressed! I placed my first order with campmor on 4/18/17. I had a few questions and decided to give customer service a call. The Customer service person was very easy to work with and answered all my questions to her best ability. I decided to place my order over the phone with her and couldn't be happier. I received an order confirmation almost immediately and I just got my shipping notification less than 24hrs later. What's even more impressive is the order is already scheduled for deliever tomorrow! So, to place an order around 1-2pm est on the 18th, get free shipping, great customer service and see it out for delivery by the 20th is top notch in my book. Definitely have earned my future business.

The Men's Backpacker II Rain Pants are a steal at $9.98 (only size Medium but easily $29.98 or $39.98 elsewhere) and the $6.98 Shipping and Handling included USPS Priority Mailing! What "Mor" could one ask?

They offered 2-day shipping option which is why I chose Campmor over a local retailer. Campmor DID NOT ship 2-day. I received the item a week later. When I called customer service, they did nothing. Not even refund the extra $1 they charged for 2-day shipping. Horrible customer service.

This is my second Marmot rain jacket. Fit is perfect, quality is excellent, and the jackets are durable. I always carry it with me in my backpack. Marmot raingear is the best value on the market for my money

Order was not shipped timely & one item was cancelled without providing an explanation as to why it was cancelled. In previous experience with Campmor, no issues. Guess this is the one percent of orders not shipped the next day.
