I would have to say that at all times Ffion was professional and extremely helpful. She very patiently answered all my questions and that it was largely due to her competence that I took up the policy.

The customer service adviser that I spoke to about transferring my car insurance from my old car to my new car was very helpful and very pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending Call Wiser if asked.

We have been with this company on and off with two cars for 6 years and the majority of the time the price and level of cover cannot be bettered in the long term.The people you talk to on the phone are always helpful,polite and informative.

Renewing insurance without a request or permission for a vehicle I sold in January is not good service.

Had a call returned the call to be told that my policy was for renewal. Dealt with by a gentleman named Matthew was excellent and a credit to you.

I have dealt with bewiser for several years now, and their no hassle, always willing / can do attitude has been most helpful. Their renewal process could not be more simple. In short; bewiser are a professional company.

Already had an existing policy with BeWiser and was due for renewal at the end of the month. I used the call back option on their website, and they called back at the time I haad requested. I was put through to Ash in the Andover office to renew, we haggled, I had a cheaper quote online for the same cover from BeWiser, she checked it and honoured it, and I have a little more cover. So quick and easy to go through and sort, no silly questions and wasn't on hold for long. She was very helpful, answered my questions, was polite and professional, she couldn't have been more helpful, she certainly knew her stuff which is reassuring.

Kept getting bothered on the phone about by renewal, weeks ahead of the date. I told them on 25/02/19 that I had set time aside to look at it by 02/03/19 (a week ahead of renewal) and then on 26/02/19 get an email thanking me for confirming my policy?!?!?

i have been with B wise now for along time insuring both my touring and static caravans and have always found the staff courteous and helpful

I wanted to be sure that our building and contents insurance really gave us the correct cover. During the telephone call I was able to clarify certain particulars of our building and certain specific items in our contents that it was not possible to do by filling in online. I paid more than my lowest online quote but feel reasured that our cover is correct . Thank you Ryan for your assistance.

Ollie (Oliver Farr) was very polite and incredibly helpful.

The customer service I received from Stacie Brown was exemplary. She called when she said she would, followed up the incorrect and misleading info I was given at the beginning of my issue and was very caring and considerate whilst dealing with my case. She took on board my frustrations and let me vent, she sorted my problem and called me back promptly, I am extremely impressed with her customer service skills, a dedicated, friendly, patient young lady who is in the right job. Not all customer service staff are..we have all come across less than helpful individuals in these roles but Stacie WOW'ed this customer!! Thank you very much Stacie!!

very happy team who knew what they were talking about and advised me well . I am sure that they found the best deal for me , The main complement I would like to pay is that the lady who dealt with me was very understanding and very patient . She was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable . I am 78 and have suffered a stroke and tend to be a bit slow she did not know this but her manner on the phone took some beating . well done to you all
