This company isn't operating honestly. The items I received were not anything close to what was pictured on the website. The size charts also also not accurate. Despite careful measuring, one of the caftans was too small. When I asked for a refund, they told me:

"Hello, sorry, our sizes are standard. If you think the size is too small and would like to exchange it for a larger size, you can pay $35 and we can resend it for you."

The caftans are too expensive for such shoddy quality and customer service. I would recommend buying your caftans elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I initially ordered in March. It took over 6 weeks to arrive. The item I received was nothing like the measurements on site. It wouldn’t fit a doll as it doesn’t have any buttons/zip or elastics red areas so you could actually get it on. So unless your boobs & butt are same as your waist measurement you are stuck. When I contacted the company it took ages to get a response. When they did respond the emails kept coming from different people never including my previous emails so would have to explain again. They managed to convince me to pay for another piece instead of cost to return for refund, giving me a discounted option. That was about 3.5 months ago. I waited for the item. Having to chase for updates. Never getting response. When it came I was on holiday. There was no email from the courier in advance. The item was left in a public place without my consent. Obviously when I returned it was gone. The company are now just ignoring me. So after months of waiting patiently (I had actually been excited for the piece) $86 USD down and a lot of wasted time I have nothing to show for it. Avoid like the plague.

I got scammed by this company, took my $200 but never shipped the goods. I've been fighting 3 months trying to get my money back with no luck. DO NOT BUY here!

The product is nothing like the pictures. It’s thin and almost see through. I am trying to send it back and get a refund and they are making it so hard. They offered me a $7 refund when it cost me nearly $100 Aus to get it. Do not waste your money. Bad product and bad company!

The material is NOT LINEN as stated in the advertising and they do not include any belts picture in the advertisement even though the robe has belt loops. Customer service will not respond to help. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it

Seems like the model pics are stolen from a different site and AI enhanced. Item is NOTHING like the pic. Different fabric and style. Garmet was supposed to be flowey lightweight mesh style linen with embellished low cut front with hanging tassel.

What arrived looked like a plain tablecloth of heavy linen with a neck hole. SMH

I never received my three caftans. I ordered. I paid. I was so excited at the prospect of wearing them. They looked so beautiful in the photos.
But it has been a month. Perhaps longer. I will check my credit card for the precise date.

Do not buy from Caftan Fun. The only “fun” here is the company taking your money and playing games with your refund. I received poor-quality, fake products and when I requested a refund, they tried to bargain with me by offering a tiny partial refund instead of honoring my request.

This appears to be a scam. I urge others who’ve had similar experiences to speak up. Feel free to contact me , together we can report them and work to have their site taken down.

I ordered something from this website a week ago, and it is still saying “shipping pending“. I have emailed three times asking about any type of shipping info. I have never received a response from them. They claim to have amazing customer service, and that the customer means so much to them. Yet they will not respond to a single email. I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Do not order from them. The expectation vs reality of product I received is a joke. I purchased a robe style dress. It took over a month to arrive, when it finally did, the color of the pattern was nothing like what was pictured. It’s advertised as linen but it is the cheapest cotton around. The way they dress is sewn together, the pattern is off. It was underwhelming in every way. I emailed the company to return the item. Based on the websites listed return policy, you have up to 30 days for a full refund and the company provides a return shipping label. However, the ongoing emails between myself and this company are its own joke. The initial response was encouraging me to buy another dress in a different style and they would give me a small discount on the second purchase. I insisted I wanted the return. The responded by saying I would pay a fortune in shipping and customs fees and discouraged me from returning the item. Again I stated I wanted them to honor their listed return policy. The then offered me $5 for the dress ( Reminder, the dress costs $59). I insisted they honor the return policy. Next email was offering me $8. So I continued asking for my full refund. My last email received was again reminding me how much I will pay in shipping and customs fees and that I should take their final offer which was $25. Basic take home, what you see in the ads is lovely. If you want that product, you should take the image, find the fabric and a local seamstress and have them custom make it. It would be less headache and you’ll actually probably have a dress you would wear after it’s all said and done. Stay away from Caftanfun folks

Terrible communication from the shop, one caftan robe is absolutely beautiful, other caftans are totally different from the picture. They do not want to accept them back. I do not recommend the shop at all.

Wow! Once again hoping to receive something exactly like the photo on the website! WRONG! The print is the same as in photo but... Fabric and style is not at all like the photo. So disappointed once again!

I ordered a caftan . It shipped within 2 days and got it about 2 weeks later . The problem is it’s not like the picture . The pattern is the same , it’s a “faux linen like” fabric nit real linen at all , PLUS and it’s short (not full long and elegant like the picture) . Wouldn’t order again and no point in going thru the headache of dealing with their slow customer service and trying to send back .

I ordered a robe and it shipped out within a day or two. The shipping process itself took a few weeks but I love the robe. It's super long (I'm 5'8 and often have a hard time finding floor length robes) The colors are actually what was shown on the site. I was nervous about this because sometimes they make the colors look more elegant but then it's more like a cartoon when you get it. This was not the case with this robe. I went back and ordered three more things. I will say that it is not as quick of a turnaround from ordering to shipping with this new order. I will add a new review here of the new items if necessary. But so far I'm very happy with this company.

Don’t waste your money. Terrible quality dresses. Poorly made, cheap fabric and nothing like the photos I saw on Facebook. I do not recommend you spend any money with this company. .

Scam! Don’t waste your money. After a month with no shipping confirmation or any response from customer service I complained on their social media site. Suddenly I received shipping info for 2/3 items. When they arrived…hilarious. Don’t even look REMOTELY like the photos on the site, super cheap thin scratchy fabric, sizing is inexplicable. Just garbage. The third item has never shown up and I placed the order over 2 months ago. Learn from my mistake!

I never received the items I purchased. I requested a refund, and they offered to take a 20% deduction. I refused, stating their cancellation policy: ORDER CANCELLATIONS: We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
They have now ghosted me. The only form of contact is through email. I am now having to go through my bank to claim a fraudulent charge.

By far the worst online purchase. How do I return this garbage and get my money back?

The customers service is quite inexistent, 3 weeks later they contacted me to tell me the dress that I bought was out of stock, they send me other 2 months later and it was very different from the pub picture, finally the dress is lowest quality. In conclusion I payed for something that I didn't get it, I feel cheated!
