We always use Cabreramedina, office is close to where we stay, cars are clean, new and well maintained and given virtually full of petrol so you don’t have to worry about a petrol station being your first stop.
The things that could be improved are being given the car that you have requested … we have yet to receive the one ordered, despite renting from them 10+ times. The other thing is the customer service, they have all missed the training course for that one, and they seem to try and outdo each other for ignoring you the longest.

Car good but little more explaining from desk regarding fuel policy would have been helpful.

The car was very scratched and a little dented when picked up. Thr car drove perfectly fine and had NO problems when dropped off.

I went into the office in Puerto del Carmen this morning to hire a car for a day, only to be informed by the female member of staff that they don't hire for one day but a minimum of 3 days only so I left .
After sometime I returned to the same member of staff and asked her why do they advertise prices for one day car hire if they don't, she replied that it's what they do, I asked as to why are they misleading customers (tourists) about day hire if they don't and I stated that they should update their information displayed if it's true that they don't hire cars for one day, but then she said they do hire for one day but today they don't have a car for one day but they have a car for three days, very confusing or more like she wasn't bothered doing the paperwork for one day and decided to be dishonest.
If this company is dishonest and untrustworthy what else are they dishonest and untrustworthy about especially when it comes to the insurance and what you're insurance cover really cover's ???
Best advice is to avoid this company and look elsewhere.

I have used this company a number of times and always had a good experience. They have a good choice of vehicles available. The website is easy to navigate and easy to make a booking. The pick up at the airport has always been smooth. The vehicle supplied is generally very new and freshly cleaned. There is no CDW so the price you see is the price you pay.
I plan to return to Lanzarote next year and will book again with them
