Great car, clean and as ordered

The ease of getting the car at the airport and returning it at resort. Friendly and efficient service. Car clean and in excellent condition.

For the first time (having used other agents), everything was included in price. Well done. We were asked to park in same place as when we collected, but that was occupied so we left car outside office in car park which was fine.

We always use this company - you can see from the reviews how good they are.
But our last visit to the Lanzarote Airport desk was disappointing; the older gentleman that served us made us wait until he had put a knot in his tie, and did not say a word to us throughout, apart from "sign here!" When I asked questions, he just pointed at parts of the paperwork.
All the other staff have been very good, and I know that this member of staff was the exception, rather than the rule....but the experience really stayed with us. He seemed resentful of us, with no words, and no eye contact or assurances, despite our obvious excited holiday vibe!
He was on his own, initially, so perhaps he was under pressure? Not my fault, though.
But I am a great fan of the company, so I cannot understand why he would be so unpleasant.
I actually went back to the desk when were leaving to get his name, as it had dwelled on me so much during my stay, but he was not there!
Otherwise, the car was great (as always) and the handover and return was quick and simple.
Let's hope this was a one off!

We always book Cabrera Medina when going to any of the Canaria Isles. Probably not the cheapest but the cars are good and absolutely no hassle. No up selling, charged the price agreed online before arriving and full insurance. No checks seem to be made when returning the car. Just drop the keys off and go. Very happy to recommend.

We decided last minute that we did indeed need a car for part of our time on Lanzarote. I was able to book one at short notice and the pick up from a nearby hotel was hugely helpful. Everything about the rental was easy and efficient. What an excellent company!

From the initial booking to dropping off the key was excellent.
I always look after hired cars as if they were my own.
I parked the car carefully in a designated car park.
When I returned someone had driven into the car.
The hire company were excellent and I showed them the damage and explained what happened.
I was assured this is covered and is no problem.
