A great item but sent me the wrong size chain. After being told I was in the wrong I sent proof of the discrepancy and they agreed to replace.TBH its left me with a sour taste in my mouth after being called a liar. 😔😔

This is our fifth purchase from Buy Fine Diamonds, a simply stunning 4ct white gold tennis bracelet. A 25th wedding anniversary gift from my husband. We cannot recommend Jigar, his wife and lovely team more highly. Very friendly, honest service - Jigar allowed me to take as much time as I liked looking at the options, trying the bracelets on. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted and Jigar was able to provide just the thing at a price that cannot be beaten anywhere else. The bracelet needed shortening, but that was no problem at all. We went for a stroll while the bracelet was being adjusted in BFD's workshop. One hour later .... the bracelet was ready to take home, beautifully gift wrapped in a plush box with lights to show the sparkle of the diamonds. Thank you so much!

Having recently bought my engagement ring from Jigar I am very happy with it. I found Buyfinediamonds whilst browsing styles of ring online, they seemed very reasonably priced & were based in Hatton Garden, so to ensure they weren't to good to be true, we arranged an appointment in person.

Jigar ​was very patient and helped me choose the perfect ring by producing a lovely selection of settings, we then discussed diamonds and cuts so I could choose the best in our budget.

Having done lots of research ahead of reaching out to BFD I feel confident I have got a significantly better ring in our budget than if we had bought at a regular jewellers in Hatton Garden. I personally prefer a bigger diamond over a fancy shop front, I suspect most of us ladies will agree!

Keep in mind they are a busy wholesaler to a lot of the jewellers in Hatton Garden so expect simple office space with a friendly, helpful team.
If you are wanting lots of sales staff flapping around you whilst you browse, go to the surrounding jewellers get a feel for what you like, then when you know give Jigar a call/email and you'll get a far better price!
