This is the second purchase I have made from Sunshine Diamonds and a second time they have delivered what I wanted.

Got the diamond ring at a very decent price along with an official IGI certificate. The certificate number is also genuine as it matches the number on the IGI website. Also got the diamond tested and was tested to be genuinely lab grown. No faults.

I bought some fabulous crystal ball stud earrings via ebay and I was not disappointed! Beautiful indeed, so beautiful I was tempted to keep them myself! My review on ebay:

I purchased a pair of hoop lab grown diamond earrings. They are truly stunning and sparkle so brightly and I can complement the quality and high standard of the manufacture enough.
The order was professionally handled and I was informed with the progress throughout until delivery, which arrived on the promised date.
The presentation box was beautifully designed with a small illuminated light upon opening in order to demonstrate the sparkling diamonds.
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Sunshine Diamonds. Five Star ⭐️

I recently purchased a bracelet for my wife’s 40th birthday from Sunshine Diamonds through eBay’s verified authentication scheme, and overall I’ve been extremely impressed with the customer service I received.

Before dispatch, I asked if an additional length could be added to the bracelet. This was done at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. There was a slight delay because of the alteration, meaning the present arrived a little later than planned, but that was completely understandable and ultimately my own choice for requesting the modification.

When the bracelet went through eBay’s authentication process, a damaged diamond was discovered, meaning it failed verification. Naturally this was disappointing, but I contacted Sunshine Diamonds to explain the situation and discuss my options. Their team were extremely apologetic, understanding, and professional throughout. I explained that I would reject the item for now but intended to repurchase it once the repair had been completed, and they were very accommodating despite the failed authentication potentially affecting their feedback profile.

Once the bracelet had been repaired, I purchased it again through eBay and it was dispatched very quickly. I’m happy to say my wife absolutely loves it.

Mistakes and issues can occasionally happen with any jewellery purchase, but what really matters is how a company handles them. Sunshine Diamonds provided excellent customer service from start to finish, communicated well throughout, and resolved everything professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

When my wife and I married 55 years ago I did not have the wherewithal to buy her an engagement ring, she always said it didn’t matter but I always thought that in truth she would have loved to have had one. 55 years on having not been the most romantic of men I wanted to get something special for her 73 birthday which is when I decided to get her a diamond ring (traditional solitaire engagement style) which is when I discovered Sunshine Diamonds, “Well” her reaction on receiving it was priceless, to say she was blown away is an understatement.
The 1.5ct brilliant cut diamond displayed in a quality case with a light set in the lid was an instantly stunning sight, the quality of styling and craftsmanship is superb, the appearance of the 1.5ct with all it's sparkle and colours of the rainbow is mesmerising.
Customer service was faultless, I then became concerned that the estimated date of arrival was going to be after the date I required it but a quick phone call reassured me it would be delivered in time and it was.
I would certainly recommend this small London business to anyone wanting to create meaningful gesture to a loved one to purchase a piece of jewellery from this company and be surprised how affordable a thing of beauty can be.

The ring is stunning!

I ordered a yellow gold diamond ring - my first order - I had a few questions beforehand and they answered very fast and very helpful no pressure to buy. Ring arrived much quicker than advertised and I was over the moon - it was exactly as advertised in style but I must admit the gold content was much more than I had expected for the price as I had priced up similar rings at double the price - so I took a chance and I will say I’m very glad I did- I will shop again highly recommend - it is a wonderful ring that will be treasured and the beautiful box it came in has a built in light so as you open the diamond sparkles like crazy! Recently bought a pair of diamond earrings I was a bit reluctant at first being old fashioned thinking they are not real diamonds but it is the modern way now and the service and communication were excellent. I would definitely recommend.
