I bought a three carat full channel set eternity ring in platinum, VS clarity round diamonds, excellent cut and F colour. I was sent an offer and replied with a counter offer, that was accepted. I initially paid for two carats on eBay but then phoned the seller direct to upgrade to three carats as I thought it would obviously look much better on reflection. I paid the remaining extra money on completion of the ring. It took about three and a half weeks to make and had to be sent away to be stamped. They did not have this ring in stock or the size 0. The ring was a gift for a good friend for her birthday.

I had the shop phone number in Hatton Garden, the eBay sellers number and a mobile number for the lady who I dealt with in the shop. There was excellent communication and they always answered. The lady was polite, helpful and she organised the upgrade. When the ring was complete it was posted free of charge and I received it 9 am the next morning, the day of my friend’s birthday 10th May. It came in a stunning well made box with a light that shone on the ring.

The ring arrived and it was set in beautiful heavy platinum. Shame I cannot upload a photo. The diamonds were set perfectly/evenly in the platinum channel and looked white and sparkly.

Having personal trust issues I immediately took the ring to a renowned bespoke jewellers I have used regularly in the past to assess the ring. The experienced jeweller (who also makes her own diamond jewellery) took the ring and carefully reviewed it. She said it was VS diamonds and F colour. It wasn’t 3 carats but actually 3.15 carats. So exceptionally pleased with that news. The jeweller verified I had bought what I had paid for. The stamp that was small and hard for me to see was verified as being stamped platinum. The jeweller said she loved the ring. She said to buy it locally in a Newcastle jewellery shop it would cost six thousand, maybe more depending on where I bought it. The ring came with a specification/valuation certificate for seven thousand. She said I have got a very good deal paying just over three thousand pounds. This was the cheapest price I could find on the internet for a full platinum eternity ring with the diamond specifications listed.

My friend was speechless then completely overjoyed. She absolutely loved the ring and she has added it to her platinum jewellery collection. She described the ring as stunning and beautiful. She kept weighing it in the palm of her hand against her other diamond platinum rings she had on and it was definitely the weightiest by far.

I would recommend this jewellers and I found them completely trustworthy.

I bought a one and a half carat full diamond eternity ring in 9ct white gold. With princess cut diamonds. I ordered it via a bidding website, as a buy now/ make an offer purchase. I ordered it later in the day on a Friday (I checked they had my size first before I purchased). It was posted on the Monday, Royal mail guaranteed next day delivery. It arrived safely on the Tuesday before 1.00pm days before the expected delivery date.....well I opened the box and actually said WOW outloud....I was not disappointed in any way it is beautiful and really sparkly. The box it came in was amazing in itself....I won't add any further detail on the box as it would spoil your surprise should you make a purchase. I had an email with postal tracking number and good communication throughout. I for one wouldn't hesitate in recommending Buy Fine Diamonds, first class service, communication and product. Should I buy jewellery in the future I would not hesitate in buying from them again.

Beautiful ring, excellent value and no quibble customer service to repair the ring after one diamond fell out of the ring over a year after purchase. Diamond replaced, ring repaired, cleaned and returned. FOC under an excellent warranty program AAA* thanks guys

I cannot thank Jigar and the BuyFineDiamonds team too much! Over a couple of months, BFD provided advice, and then sourced diamonds that met a high specification (around 2.20ct VS1 F/G). BFD then designed the setting following guidance and refined the design to produce the perfect and stunning engagement ring.
This is the second piece that BFD has produced for me, and I’ll no doubt return because of the service and highly competitive pricing.

I am a returning customer and the ring I purchased is absolutely exquisite. I would definitely recommend and I hope to purchase more in the future. My only negative comment would be a lack of communication this time and a little bit of a delay sending the item. We have recently bought a 9carat diamond platinum tennis bracelet. It is beautiful and came presented in a very nice box. When I placed my order I discussed what I was looking for and what my budget was. I was told it would take four weeks I asked Jiger if it was possible to have it sooner and he had it ready for me, I received it on Monday Valentines day.
My husband and I had been looking in the local jewellers shops at bracelets which were 5carat of diamonds set in 18carat white gold. I was offered a discount, the discounted price being the same as I paid for my bracelet from BFD for almost double the weight of diamonds set in platinum. So for me BFD sell good quality jewellry at a good price, they listen and are very helpful. This is the second piece of jewelry have purchased from them and have been delighted with both items and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
