From getting a quote to measuring and fitting our windows and French doors, the whole process was smooth and everything was fitted perfectly. The staff are friendly and professional and the team who did the fitting were excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace windows.

From the salesman to the fitters and customer service, nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed every step of the way, and we are very pleased with the windows.

Just had 6 windows and a door fitted by Gary and Adam. Two very nice lads and very professional. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and their workmanship. They even cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess.

Recently had windows replaced by this company and throughout the whole process I found them all to pleasant and professional. The telephone link (Kim) was most helpful and when there was a change of date for the installation she kept me fully informed and again was most professional. The installers arrived on the specified date and got to work immediately, and never took a break but worked through the day.
All in all the company did not disappoint and left the site clean and tidy.

From the moment I agreed to the purchase I have felt well cared for. I was kept informed every step of the way by Jane, the project coordinator. I knew what would happen and when. The team who came to install my door and window were on time, polite, efficient and they left no mess at all. If the door and window prove to be as good as the team, then I shall have nothing at all to complain about.

Professional and friendly. Just had windows fitted, the team of two did an excellent job. They were quick but clearly did not cut corners and did a great job, the lads also cleaned up afterwards showing respect for our property. If we needed any further work done we would have no hesitation in using again.

The new windows really lift the houses appearance. I noticed immediately how much warmer the rooms seem. The windows were installed by a great team Gary & Adam who obviously have a great empathy with each other and work with a unified process. They were very respectful of our property with dust sheets covering the walk ways and work area and tidying as they went a long The manufacturers of the windows made a mistake with the measurement of one of our outside sills the back office were quick to order a replacement and kept us informed about the new fitting schedule the replacement came two days later and Gary and Adam gave up some of their down time and fitted the new window that day. A first class team recognized by our cat Storm who wanted to go home with Gary.

I haven’t had my windows fitted yet but everyone who has been involved in the process have been pleasant and friendly and very professional.

Sadly we don't have the urge to replace our windows yet. However he has been very professional and helpful. We now know about their products well and will give them a ring when we plan to replace our windows!

The two guys that came to install the three windows, arrived slightly earlier than planned, were excellent and job completed in two and a half hours.

I had a bespoke window put in and I would have given 5 stars but I think there is a lack of communication between the trades. Having said that, a fantastic job was done. I would also like to compliment all concerned who kept in touch with me from beginning to end. I would certainly recommend this company.
