We came back to this company for more windows
We had the exposed elevation of our house refitted by Eden's predecessor company several years ago and were so impressed that we have just returned to them to have the rest of the house fitted with the same product. The aluminium windows look great with their slim profile and even the first windows made a noticeable difference to comfort and warmth (even though we had reasonable quality double glazing units before). Communication has been excellent and the fitters are careful to minimise disturbance during the works

Terrible company to deal with from the…
Terrible company to deal with from the start we regret using them at all
They have done a hup extension / conservatory for us that was supposed to take 7 days it is now a year later still unfinished with outstanding items from building control that they won’t sign off
on
They have attended many times from poor workmanship and it’s still not resolved from being freezing cold and draughty to missing dpc and poor craftsmanship and problems along the build that we had to come up with solutions for - they take all money before any certification or sign of
Don’t get bitten like we have and avoid at all costs
And in response to you’re reply that still doesn’t resolve any of our issues that it is still built incorrectly or excuse that I have given you a months notice to resolve the outstanding building control defects or the fact that our house is freezing cold because of this build with no further contact and you have all of our money for this build this is not acceptable at all

Matt, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are genuinely sorry that this project did not meet your expectations and for the frustration you experienced.
This installation involved a HUP system which, at the time, was a relatively new solution within the industry. It was selected because the existing base was being retained, and due to the site layout, planning considerations, and budget parameters, this approach was the only viable build option without removing and rebuilding the base entirely. On this occasion, the HUP solution did not progress as smoothly as anticipated.
Some of the challenges encountered were linked to third-party manufacturers and suppliers, which sat outside of Eden’s direct control. Despite this, our team attended site on multiple occasions and worked to address and rectify the issues as they arose, while liaising with the relevant parties and building control.
We have successfully completed a significant number of HUP installations with positive outcomes. However, all products we offer are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and following experiences such as this, we made the decision some time ago to remove the HUP system from our range, as it no longer meets the standards we require for our customers. This is not a system we offer or install today.
We always aim to act in good faith, carefully select the solutions we provide, and support our customers throughout their projects, even where unforeseen challenges occur. While this particular project proved more complex than expected, we appreciate the time taken to share your feedback and wish you all the best going forward.

Great company and very helpful staff

A lady called Mia came out to measure up and was really helpful going through different designs and pricing etc. A lady called Bridget kept us updated on payments and appointment dates for the installation and everything ran on time.
A guy named Jamie did a very good job installing the new door and left the render around the frame in perfect condition. Really pleased with the whole outfit.

Excellent service from Eden Windows. We had a new door fitted in January 2026, and the experience from being to end has been perfect.

Huge appreciation from my household.
We got all our windows replaced by Ryan and Lee, and they truly did a fantastic job. Our windows look incredible, and finally we have an element of warmth in the house as the previous windows were super old, some were broken and we had a lot of cracks around the beading / edging of the windows. Can't thank them enough as they also had to work in horrid weather (over 2 days) to get the windows done. Huge appreciation from my household.

Eden Windows were great from start to finish for a set of patio doors! Grant from the installation team was really efficient, communicative and professional doing a fantastic job. Andrew who led me through the design and sales process was also brilliant. The booking in of the surveyor was quite painful, but got there in the end.

Great service from beginning to end
We visited the Showroom and Mia was so helpful and informative. Mia came to measure up and we discussed various options and asked for several quotes - Nothing was too much trouble for her and the quotes came through very quickly and very easy to navigate and accompanied by drawings. We accepted our preferred quote and the surveyor visited - 8 weeks later as promised our windows and door were fitted and we are delighted.
