Nice suit and the delivery was v quick but unfortunate niggle of there being a brook taverner label sewn onto the outside sleeve of the jacket. This proved really tricky to unpick, I did it incredibly carefully but you can still see 2 small marks where the stitching was. Totally unnecessary and really irritating!

Ordered a jacket at 1130 on Sunday. It arrived at 1130 on Monday! Brook Taverner and Evri excelled themselves!

Ordering is easy but delivery is awful, why do you use Evri. My item showed at delivery depot 0615 on 08.08.2026 it I now 1700 on the 10.08.2026. Still not arrived. I have highlighted the problems with Evri with you in the past but you still use them.

From ordering,delivery,returning and replacing goods the service was faultless.

Speedy delivery but falls short of 5 stars because of poor packaging. Very flimsy cardboard, easily ripped during time with delivery company.

Quick turnaround as usual.
Biggest problem is the choice of carrier.
Evri are probably the worst in the logistics business and they delivered my package to the wrong address.
The company needs to take a serious look at this logistics as it affects your reputation

Were I rating the service on the quality of the shirts (well, I've opened one so far) and the speed of delivery, this would be five star - and, indeed, the helpfulness of staff.
Although I am ancient, I do a lot of internet dealings - and the Brook T webpage with regard to putting in discounts (for me) was pretty bad as was some information. So, I almost 'washed my hands" of it and gave up. Happily, I did not.

We bought a lovely linen style jacket and a pair of chinos in the same. Excellent fit and quality. The web site is good for working out your size too. Delivery to store was very easy and pleasant store people.

I found what I wanted; in the size I did, and each size has a long length which is what i prefer as i am 6'2".

Lovely quality shirts. I bought them as gifts and my Dad wanted to change one of them. Brook Taverner's customer service was excellent through the whole process. Would recommend.

Not ordered from Brook Taverner before so tried one item. Very satisfied with the result but on trying to order 2 more of the same item in different colours they are all shown as "out of stock". Probably not bother to order anything again.
