We would have liked to have changed our return crossing, but this was not allowable, such nonsence!

Although trying to ring to make an amendment was not easy . The email I sent was dealt with very quickly and was very easy . Thank you .

I unfortunately had an accident whilst in holiday in France. I was repatriated following surgery and travelled on Brittany Ferries from Caen to Portsmouth. I booked assistance and I could not have been looked after any better. The nurse on board Alex looked after me the whole of my trip and could not have done anything more.

The Brittany Ferries website is straight forward to use. Availability of ferries is good. The ferries are generally clean and user friendly. The staff are always helpful.
The problem comes with the prices of the crossing. They vary enormously for the same item. The same journey. Particularly during the main 6 weeks summer holiday, when a lot of people are traveling on holiday. In my opinion, the journey from A to be should be a consistent fixed price. It should not go up drastically, just because it is a school term holiday.

The sailing from Plymouth was delayed. We were informed by text message
These things happen, but why were we not told the reason why, and why were we not given a new estimated sailing time?You obviously have the ability to message us? Instead we sat in the car park not knowing what was going on.

I needed to amend our booking due to my wife having had knee surgery after I had made the original booking. The phone call was answered swiftly, and the amendment to the booking was equally speedy, with a revised ticket issued immediately. I call that first class service - well done!

I always enjoy travelling on Brittany Ferries. The vessels are clean and well appointed (my latest trip was on the Mont St Michel) and the staff genuinely seem to enjoy their interaction with passengers. The best part of my recent outward sailing (Caen to Portsmouth) was the full English breakfast and the best part of my return crossing was the excellent roast lamb dinner. I've sailed with them countless times and never had a problem.

Have booked many times we know the system. Also we can now register our Spanish registered car which is much better.

The superb quality of customer service at Brittany Ferries is among the best I have ever experienced. It makes so much difference to be able to speak to an intelligent, knowledgeable human being – and today, I spoke to not one but two of them!

I’ve sailed with Brittany ferries for over 20yrs with & without a dog, just wish there was more pet friendly cabins.
