Installed new smart meter which was really straightforward and easy process I am now using it and can recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting one. You can monitor your usage throughout the day and switch off appliances to reduce your usage it's well worth having it.

The Engineer was polite and did the job professionally. Unfortunately not all the engineers are the same. In the past one British Gas engineer was very unprofessional and rather rude in his behaviour.
