I really loved the experience with the Harlow Branch. Excellent management from Shannon and Nikki, fast progress from the beginning to the end (checking the flat, receiving the quote, and cleaning the required areas). The cleaning team was friendly, fast and accurate.
The price isn’t the cheapest in the market, but the Harlow branch’s work is premium quality so definitely worth it.

I hardly recommend them.

The contact started off very well, Wayne responded promptly to my inquiry and was very professional and polite. However, following the quote, I received no response despite chasing up. I appreciate the service I wanted may not have been possible, however, a simple 'no, sorry' would have sufficed rather than no response at all.

I have just found out my husband is terminally ill so I decided it would be lovely to be more present with him and get a cleaner.

It was worth the wait! The three ladies made my home sparkle! I have an open plan downstairs design which is hard to tackle, but they achieved perfection. All the dust from the log burner, the garden and the three family dogs disappeared and everything shone bright and beautiful once again!

Would not use this company or recommend it to family and friends

The Cleaners mopped my ceilings!!!!! This left large swirls all over which now need re-painting, I did think they may have dried but no, marks still there. Areas I highlighted that needed doing were not done and at the end the house smelt of dirty water. I have contacted Gabriel to give him a chance of sorting this out but had no reply. I would not use them again.

I was given a price for the work which was way over what I was expecting, however I went with it as I was assured it would be a high end clean!! My goodness was I wrong. The cleaners turned up in my street screeching with loud rave music blasting out, the girls got out of the van and were vaping walking up to my door, not a good look.

Next came the clean, for what it cost I expected a lot lot more. What got me the most was the large girl with the glasses broke wind in my kitchen and it stunk of rotten eggs, the skinny one was cackling laughing at it. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life

very pleased with works completed very fast at turnover which is good when running a business as time down is crucial friendly people who care not only for their work but yours also so very happy customer and would recommend

We Had initial clean then we started fortnightly cleans we were first met by Christina, we found she was very professional and she new the job well, so we felt at ease, Jane Laurence & Alice comes to do our cleaning we are more then Happy with cleaning service they use eco friendly products which we like as we have pets, and they use fresh clean on each visit they do not contaminate used cloths from room to room, So no spread of germs Girls are always smartly dressed in pink uniforms so we know who’s coming to clean our home, biggest plus they turn up when they say there turn up, and Christina comes to spot check from time to time. Big shout out Bright Beautiful Chelmsford Team.

Initial deep clean absolutely fantastic! The team were brilliant. I came home to a beautiful smelling, beautifully cleaned home. And Relax!

Looking forward to my fortnightly clean. Expensive, however, so far def worth the money!
