We purchased a hut tub from Breeze House approx. 2 years ago when there was a 4-5 month lead time. The building project we had started was originally planned to be completed at around the same time, which would have aligned with the delivery.
Unfortunately, the build fell way behind schedule. The team at Breeze House were amazing and stored the hot tub until the build was completed.
We had the tub delivered up a very challenging hill / set of steps, they were very patient throughout the install. The tub was commissioned and works perfectly.
The service has been first class at every stage.

We signed up for a full year of maintenance with them as we hadn’t owned one before and (although it is simple to use and maintain) with it being an expensive item, we felt the full maintenance package was worth it, just whilst we get used to it.

Overall - we would fully recommend Breeze House and their services. They are very professional, friendly and good value for money.

From the experience of dealing with the representatives at the garden centre in Shepperton through keeping us informed during the period we were awaiting delivery, and then on actual delivery day, the service and attention to detail was second to none! We cannot speak highly enough about how refreshing it was to deal with a company that clearly knows its product and values its clients. Oh and by the way, the product is also truly excellent!

The Breeze House team have been incredible at every stage of the process, from initially meeting them at an NEC show, to an amazing factory visit & tour, through to the final install onsite. The install team were very slick, professional and efficient, installing an amazing Safari building in a matter of just a few hours, with amazing attention to detail. From the very start the service has been first class. The company bent over backwards to fulfil our rerquirements, delivering the ex demo Savannah to us 2 months before they normally do. We were kept informed throughout. The lorry arrived to the exact time they said after a 4 hour journey. Jason and Alex were delightful and polite chaps and worked non stop in constructing the building and then took the time to explain everything before setting off on the 4 hour return journey. It is so nice to receive a great service from a company.

The service from start to installation and beyond has been outstanding. The Mara breeze house is a beautiful addition to my garden. The process has been faultless which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much 😊 I love it 🥰

What a pleasure to deal with a Company that understands "service"!

Our Mara is beautifully made, and was installed by people that knew exactly what they were doing and could not have been more helpful or polite.

The Company coped with our date changes without any problems and we are looking forward to many years of enjoying the garden house, especially when the weather would otherwise have precluded sitting outside.

We are very pleased with our Mara - it looks great in the garden and we have sat outside at all times of the day while watching the trains on the garden railway go past. The whole team has been easy and friendly to work with from ordering at Leek to installation. The latter was smooth and efficient; the team arrived early and showed their experience.
Communication at all times from members of the Breeze house team was excellent.
We did discover that it was hard to find somebody local to us to do a circular base for our Mara at a sensible price but then Dominic shared with us their recommendation and hey presto it was done very quickly. Maybe these details should be shared at an early stage?

First of all we had great service from Sara and Siggy at our local garden centre. They helped us choose the right Breeze House and were really good with colours and ideas for matching seat covers and cushions. We had to decide whether our landscapers or an independent contractor should prepare the base for the Breeze House. Again, we were given helpful advice. Then the ordering process went smoothly and delivery came on time. Like another review I read recently, the two men came and put up the building with minimum fuss and within 40 minutes! They consumed only two cups of coffee between them. They gave helpful advice before they left. All in all, a great experience! And by the way, the quality of workmanship on the actual building including fabrics and woodwork looks superb.

Once we’d paid the deposit the team within there head office were a pleasure to deal with. They kept in regular contact with me whilst we went through planning (for a larger project). from my first first phone call to making a appointment to go to the site at leek to meet Jayne who was amazing and so welcoming from start to finish we never felt rushed she went through everything showed us all the breeze houses showed us around the factory to show us how everything was built made and told us wear all the wood was sourced she really was a amazing team member to breeze house from start to finish and on the day the breeze house was built the 2 guys came and they had it built in under 3 hours and they were not happy with a piece of wood and another arrived from the factory ok we are only around a hour from there factory base but it cam and was fitted the 2 guys were really good so from start to finish I give them full stars a amazing company and we are thrilled with our breeze house we bought the savannah

From my initial telephone call to the completion of the new replacement roof, the company kept me informed by telephone calls and emails. They were very thorough with all the paperwork too! The two men who actually came to do the job were polite, efficient and tidy.

From visiting the displays to the installation Breeze house were fantastic. We were blown away yesterday at our installation it’s looks phenomenal in the garden and the quality is amazing! Even though our Breeze House is 19 years old, I was treated like I was a new customer. It was very easy to book in a replacement timber floor after confirming a couple of dimensions.
On the day, the fitters were on time, very polite and they did a great job. It's been a pleasure to deal with Breeze House.
