In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment. Car ready in 1.5 hours after my arrival. Man on desk very polite and helpful But disappointed that you don't fetch cars from N12 any more, and disappointed that you don't wash the car, even if you plant a tree!

Excellent service
Excellent service. I had urgent hospital appointment after the servicing of my motobility car. The sales person when out of his way to ensure Motobility agreed to service charge and that the mechanic completed the service on time for me to attend my appointment. He was helpful and considerate.

Avoid Brayleys
We took out a 5 year service plan with Crown Motors (now Bradley’s), unfortunately we have 2 years remaining. I just booked my next service to be told they won’t collect our car and a courtesy car is £30. That’s not a courtesy car! They also no longer clean the car after servicing. My advice is to give this company a wide berth. They offer no company service!!

Hi. I am supposed to be leaving a review a month ago but I wanted to share my experience with Brayley. I have got a mobility car and it was my first time, I was so nervous at first but Ewa made my whole experience very easy and enjoyable, Ewa answered all my questions and went through everything with me from A-Z.
