I recently had an emergency and I contacted BP&H. Paul came within an hour, stopped the leak, and has this morning carried out the repair.
In my experience (over 10 years) BP&H are the best around. Over the years, I've had a replacement boiler, several plumbing repairs and I'm now going to have a new toilet refurbishment.
This morning, Paul was professional, helpful and informative. This epitomizes BP&H. Great job, great company!

We've used Bracknell Plumbing for all our heating, bathroom and boiler work over many years.

On this ocassion we wanted to upgrade our aged thermostat to a Hive thermostat. Our Worcester Greenstar boiler is about a decade old, also installed and serviced by Bracknell Plumbing.

Ryan arrived on time, and I mean to the minute on time complete with tools, the Hive Thermostat and the Hive hub.

For those of you considering such an upgrade, you'll need to plug the Hive hub into your router, so ensure you have a free ethernet port and power socket.

Installation went smoothy and all worked as expected, with a connection delay resolved by Hive customer support which Ryan contacted.

As a result, we've purchased Hive TRV's and installation from Bracknell Plumbing for our radiators to be installed next week, allowing us to control the heating on a room by room basis.

Dont make the mistake like i have thinking this company is connected with Louis Skinner, i thought i was using this company for a quote but company names very similar.
After having louis skinner in for a complete new bathroom the workmanship was so bad (have photos) it had to be pulled out and at great cost to me and refitted. Would not recommend him at all.

Professional friendly service fixed fault immediately which other company could not fix. Highly recommend and will use again.
I called them as great service in the past and required second opinion because quoted £320 by the first company to fix hot water fault but they didn’t have parts required .
Bracknell Plumbing came out next day and fixed immediately for less than £100.
Great service and great value.

Second time I have used this company. Excellent service and response. Would highly recommend them. At very short notice they removed the old washing machine and installed the new one, which would have sat on the doorstep over night, if they had not pulled out all the stops.

Quoted for immersion heater replacement based on info we gave them and photos of (cylinder at our rental property), it ended up being a much smaller job thanks to their very experienced and very honest plumber. My Mother also uses them - always requests Nathan who’s excellent and has now recommended to 3 friends who also pleased with service. We will use Nathan at our own property without hesitation.

I attempted to get a quote from these guys for putting in a shower but when I said I just wanted the plumbing labour done and we would buy the shower and tray and do all the making good he wasn't interested in the job and quoted a ridiculously high amount knowing we wouldn't accept
