One of my adhesive orders arrived damaged so damaged that I couldn’t use it on a very time-sensitive project I was working on. The products were certainly not cheap either! But as a token of goodwill, two new tubes were sent to me promptly, free of charge! This is incredible customer service! Their no questions asked attitude is so rare these days and was much appreciated! And I was able to complete my job on time. I will definitely be coming back to ‘The Glue Store’. Thank you!

I have spend a lot of effort by trying to find the right glue for my motorcycle shoes (SiDi, to stick new outsoles to them). I found these guys with the help of AI, bought a glue for them (very big delivery price if weight is below 25kg, but that's ok), cobbler done boots for me and they look now very solidly glued (earlier when I was trying other glues - they were not good). Fingers crossed this glue will do the trick - for now I'm very happy that I had business with them

Very very slow delivery, the first couple of times my order was received in a timely manner but the last few orders have been very slow. Not being received any earlier than a couple of weeks.
