My beautiful little boy Teddy passed away yesterday, Lisa at Millers was amazing. At such a difficult time she was compassionate, empathetic and beyond helpful. Teddy was collected straight away and Lisa was in contact with us through the whole sad experience. We got Teddy back today lovingly handed over with such kindness 🙏🏼

Its hard to put into words how amazing millers family are we lost our beautiful boy marley marley and us was shown such love and respect from the moment they arrived to collect marley from our home every step of the way was made so easy for us even came out easter sunday i couldnt of wished or found a better place to look after our boy right up until the momen he came home today thank you so much lisa and family

We would definitely recommend Millers of Wokingham to everyone.
Their service was superb when our dog passed away. This occurred on a Sunday and we were so pleased to find Millers as they were open and we could take her that evening. Lisa was kindness itself and made a very traumatic experience much easier to cope with.
We were able to choose from lovely caskets and urns but the best part was we could collect her ashes, along with paw and nose prints plus some hair clippings in a little viall (with a heart) the next day. Thank you so much!

I’ve used another business before, but I have to say somebody recommended Millers to me and from the moment they answered the phone to the moment I picked up the ashes ,I can honestly say I was treated with love and care and they showed our gorgeous fur baby nothing but dignity and respect. When they rang me to let me know they had collected him they never mentioned money just that they’ve collected him and he was in their care .I obviously was worried about the financial side but upon reflection they were one of the most reasonable businesses around. I know in the future I’m going to have to call upon their services again unfortunately, but they will be my first port of call . I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done.

​Losing our beloved cat Maisie was devastating, but Millers made an unbearable time just a little easier to bear. The care and respect they showed — not just for Maisie, but for what we were going through — was truly remarkable. They handled everything with such compassion and understanding. We cannot thank them enough. We would wholeheartedly recommend Millers to anyone who finds themselves facing the loss of a treasured pet.

I contacted Millers late afternoon, and they booked a same day appointment for me to bring my beloved dog in for cremation. They set her up beautifully in a private room to allow me time to say goodbye. My dog was cremated the same day and I got her ashes back in under 48 hours. They are so accommodating to what your wishes are and go above and beyond for you. They gave me a sense of peace which is really needed in
this difficult time.
Unlike most pet cremation services Millers don't charge extortionate prices for items to home your pets ashes, I actually paid half the price in comparison to other companies, and even still Millers advised me where I could buy items privately. They care and that's what you need. They work 24/7 and don't charge extra for bank holidays or out of hours.
I would recommend them 1000 times over, they honestly made this difficult time easier.

I can not recommend Millers farm more highly.
Our beautiful Labrador Rusty passed away unexpectedly on a Tuesday evening.
The vets kindly recommended a few options. I checked all their websites and Millers farm was the most local and I just had a good feeling.
The vets and Lisa spoke directly on the Wednesday, so I didn’t have to do anything. Without hesitation Lisa collected Rusty from the vets the same day and informed us she had him.
By Friday he was ready to return home.
As devastating as it was, this process with Lisa was effortless.
We choose a beautiful wooden photo box for Rusty, included was a certificate to prove he was cremated on his own and a little bag of ‘forget me not’ seeds. A very kind beautiful gesture.
Thank you so much Lisa for helping us get through a really difficult time.

I will never forget the kindness and consideration Lisa showed us. Saying goodbye to Bless was the toughest and most heartbreaking time for us, Millers of Wokingham managed to make it a beautiful and healing experience also.

A kind and caring approach to what is a very difficult time, when saying goodbye to your beloved pet. I appreciated their call when reassuring me they had collected my little dog from the vets and he was safe with them. It was an individual service with reassurance that it was only the ashes of my little dog in the casket, which is what I wanted. The casket was very good quality and professionally done. Their charging was also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this service.

Millers of Wokingham were very kind, welcoming and compassionate on a day that was, for me, one of my worst ever days. They gave us time, and space, to say goodbye to our beloved cat Felix, and we never felt rushed.

They explained everything clearly and warmly, making the whole experience as easy as possible for us. We also have nose and paw prints which I will keep forever.

Felix was returned to us the next day in the lovely frame I had chosen, with a certificate of individual cremation.

Lisa from Millers of Wokingham was absolutely wonderful from our first phone call to the collection of our cats ashes. The collection service was completed with such kindness and respect for our little Kicha - thank you so much, Lisa, for making a very painful day easier.

In the early hours of the morning, I faced the heartbreaking loss of my cherished dog, Luther, who had been battling a heart condition. His condition deteriorated so rapidly that he passed away at home. To my surprise, Millers of Wokingham offered a round-the-clock service and were just a short 15-minute drive away. Although I was unsure about calling them at such an unusual hour, my worries were unfounded. Lisa answered promptly, and despite having clearly disturbed her sleep, she was incredibly compassionate and assured me that this was their specialty.Bringing Luther there provided me immense comfort, knowing he was in a caring setting rather than struggling to find a suitable spot for him at home until morning. The entire experience was flawlessly handled from beginning to end, exceeding all expectations. Every detail was attended to just as I had hoped, and I wholeheartedly endorse this company. Their exceptional service is a testament to their dedication. Lisa’s help and warmth were invaluable, and I am deeply grateful for her support.

My beautiful soul-cat passed away on December 11th 2025, suddenly at 9:30pm. Despite the late hour, Lisa assured me that he could be brought and laid to rest in one of their beautiful private spaces for the night before his cremation the next morning. It saved me so much grief and worry not having to consider where would be a suitable place to keep my sleeping baby until most services opened the next morning, and also saved the potential destress of handling his body after the natural processes of decomposition had set in (if that is something you're worried about). The way I left him at Millers, sleeping peacefully and still warm, tucked in his flower-filled casket is how I will remember his last journey forever, and that is worth its weight in gold.

Lisa & the Millers team guided me gently through the process, allowing time for me to say my final goodbyes to my beautiful boy with all the patience and privacy in the world. The space Millers provides to say goodbye to your loved one is so calming, private and thoughtfully laid out, in a wonderful homey fairy-light lit cabin on a beautiful plot of land. The way he was handled was so respectful and gentle, he was treat with all the dignity a lost companion could expect and more.

Lisa even offered to take paw prints, which was a lovely gesture. I had his ashes back in the quality scatter tube I chose by the end of the next day, December 12th, and the communication through the entire process was calm and concise, leaving no panic or worry to be had. He even returned home with his own certificate ensuring he was cremated individually and with the utmost care. Knowing the ashes I received were solely his is so important, he was also cremated in his little wicker casket filled with herbs, offerings, flowers and intentions with no problem from the team.

I really don't have the vocabulary to express how wonderful this service is. It makes a very sad and heart-breaking time easier, knowing your pet is still loved, safe and sound on their final journey. I highly recommend Millers if you want your final goodbye to be stress-free and dignified - no upselling, no cold calling, no fuss. Just love and respect for your dearly departed.

Being able to call and arrange cremation for my faithful and much loved old dog Bailey at short notice on a Sunday and the flexibility and understanding you showed made it so much less painful for us. I’m so glad I came across millers- they were truly fantastic. So empathetic, kind and patient. I couldn’t have found anyone better, to trust with my beloved dog Salty. I know they took care of him. They were ready to take him whenever I was ready, whether that was day or night- offering to pick him up, however I chose to drop him so I could stay with him that bit longer. We got his ashes back the next day along with lovely paw and nose prints and a few tubes of his fur. Lisa made the whole process that little bit easier for me. I would highly recommend Millers of Wokingham. We sadly lost one of our beloved guinea pigs after 6 years. Not only were they kind and caring, but also very accommodating which was much appreciated given it was a bank holiday weekend.
