I was surprised by the kindness of the postman. I was looking to drop my package into a bbox but none were available in the size needed. A postman came to drop and pickup packages and he was so nice to take it in his system via barcode. It is very rare to see still nice people, especially that they work a lot also and the heat in this moment is not helping. Also, the package was delivered in less than 24 hours. Bpost service starts to go better again. Keep going.

bpost has never failed to deliver my packages, when it's to my house, or at a pick up point. I notice they have some issues delivering at apartment complexes with mailboxes and doorbells, but even then, they make an effort in dropping your package off closeby, informing you of its whereabouts. The customer service is also very speedy and helpful in the rare case you do lose your package.

so easy, friendly guided with email, very closeby points, you can get it in your own time, and you have a week to collect it.

Thanks to your lazy delivery driver I did not get my parcel to my adress. It was dropped to an automatic bpost box 2km far away which was not working. I am working Netherlands. It took me two days to come early from my work, try to find a parking stop and see if your broken automatic box is working or not. If you will not deliver properly then do not take my parcels BPOST! :(

The package arrived on time and undamaged, as expected. It was delivered by the postman who rang the bell. Although this seems obvious, it is not always the case with other postal services.

Bpost has a lot of fraudsters who work there or maybe the custom officers who are assigned to Bpost. They have stolen couple of parcels that came into the country for me. My parcels arrived and instead of notifying me about my package to pay the extra charges, they never did. Because they see that the packages have valuable items. They held on to my parcels and then waited for a week or 2 while I'm tracking my packages then tell me that they didn't hear a response from me, so therefore they would return the parcels back to the sender. Months have passed the sender never received those packages and they keep those items for themselves. After several attempts to contact them they keep telling me the parcels were returned or ask the sender to contact them. Bit they never make it easy the sender to contact them. They steal my items. Fraudsters and corrupt entity.

I have not had any problems with bpost so far. Overall, I really like how bpost works. Keep it up.

They give great tracking info and deliver quickly.

Delivered in the timespan we agreed upon. Friendly driver who really rang the bell instead of pretending to have done so. And he was able to speak instead of muttering unintelligible sounds.

Sometimes BP can be efficient

I'm giving you one star because i'm unable to give you less but SHAME ON YOU.

Last thursday i received confirmation that my order has been shipped in two different pacakges through DHL. Already something i'm not happy with considering the climate impact of the sending; the second item being very small.

I didn't receive any tracking mail, nothing for both shipments. Today wednesday, i decided to check on the DHL webiste to get an update. The update has been very confusing and it seemed the order was stuck in storage due to an inability to proceed with the delivery. Upon further investigation of the whole shipment, i relaized the shipment has been defered to Bpost, the local belgian postal service. I clicked on the link and realized that both shipments have been waiting since saturday in a locker. One, 1,2 km from my house, the other one 200 m from my house (my second choice when home delivery is not possible) . In this heat, my 1800 eur projector has been waiting in a tin box for 4 freaking days. Furthermore, the local belgian postal service gave me until today to pick it all up even though no notice has been sent neither by XGIMI, DHL, or Bpost; nothing in my app as well. There was NEVER any attempt to deliver my projector at home. i took my bike as i don't have a car and went to the furthest locker which is very difficult to find; indications on the postal website have been awful. the 10 kg + parcel was located in the highest locker of said box. it was so tightly fitted in the locker, i had to carry my 9 yo to fit her hand at the top of the box where there was the most space, unsuccessfully. i had to create a hole in the box and shift it from left to right for a couple of minutes cm by cm to be able to unlodge it. The box was warm and i'm afraid the product is damaged.

Afterwards, i went to the other locker box where i could retrieve the other parcel successfully. Still, no delivery at home...

Just a pleasure to unlock the locker when I want to be sure to get my ship secured
