missing delivery, unprofessional service
I was waiting for the delivery of an important parcel via bpost at my address: the notification arrived 24 hours before so I had to change my plans and informed I had to work from home that morning; surprisingly at mid morning I received one more notification that the person in charge could not deliver it, despite the fact I was waiting for it in my flat and the bell was functioning. In conclusion, I have been forced to go to a collection point of my area 24 hours later to get my parcel only because he did not stop and ring the bell as I was expecting him to do.
