This is the WORST storage company I've ever dealt with. They back you into a corner with their ridiculous collection or delivery time frames, non-flexibility, disregard for people's belongings.

I want to clearly state that when my friend initially got this storage for us, the guys that came to collect my items were so polite, helpful, patient and encouraging. The issues began when I decided to move my belongings to another storage company (which is so worth it).

My items were tampered with. All of my belongings were carefully and thoroughly packaged as requested and pre-wrapped and secured with shrink wrap. Besides their inconsiderate arrival time of 9:30-12:30, 1 of the 3 guys was very condescending and rude from start to finish. He even felt privileged enough to tell me, "Just keep quiet boy!" "Just keep quiet!" This he repeatedly did.

This man also walked on my bedframe, all the wrapping around my bedframes, some barrels and my mattresses were eitjer totally removed or tampered with. My bedframe damaged, My brand new, expensive, clean, extra-firm mattress is now bent and very dirty.

I'm no angel and did retaliate to this completely unacceptable behavior. Even though he attempted to intimidate me, I did not allow it. For a company that offers no flexibility and costs more than many other storage companies to then have employees who feel entitled enough to disrespect, disregard and damage customer's property is beyond me.
Please be aware of Boxie24 and especially their employees that have difficulty engaging with non-white customers.

I chose Boxie24 especially because they pick up and return your items, which makes everything so much easier. The customer service was great — any questions were answered immediately. Micheal was super helpful throughout the whole process.

THEY BROKE MY TV AND LOST MY ITEMS! DO NOT USE BOXIE24, THEY WILL LOSE/BREAK YOUR ITEMS AND THEN YELL AT YOU FOR IT.

To begin with, their whole business model is to be as fraudulent as possible and they do not hide it. A couple months ago I used their service to store some of my items and had them delivered a couple months after. Once i received my items, i noticed; (1) My 600EUR TV was broken and unusable, which boxie did not even try to take accountability for. (2) They lost an entire suitcase of items and clothes, acted like they never picked it up. (3) Lastly, I had given them a big table in two pieces, one piece was the table surface itself and the other piece was the legs, they somehow delievered ONLY THE TABLE SURFACE without the legs, which i found funny and unnacceptable. (becasue how do you mess up something so bad and not claim accountability).

I have had countless conversations with them and only got rude responses from entitled EMPLOYEES at Boxie who think they own the world.

I have now forwarded the case to the European Commission of Consumer Protection and also will be pursuing this legally since Boxie wants to be unprofessional.

EDIT: Boxie replied to the review saying "We take full responsibility ". This is just lies to keep a good public image. When i contacted them through the email they provide and through phone, they ignored all my requests, yelled at me and took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY while they lost thousands of euros worth of items. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NO TRUST THEIR REPLIES, they are lying and it will show after they get exposed by the European Commission. To Boxie, you had the chance to make it up and be a good company, now anything you say cannot be trusted.

From the first contact, everything went smoothly. My contact person Michael responded quickly to all my questions and actively thought along about the best solution for my situation. When it turned out I could manage with a smaller storage box, this was arranged without any issues.

The entire process felt like genuine peace of mind: my belongings were picked up from my home and later neatly delivered back, even on the other side of the country. The men who returned my belongings were friendly and professional, and everything arrived in good condition.

The combination of flexible service, swift communication, and careful handling of my belongings makes Boxie24 highly recommendable.

I really recommend the guys over at boxie24 for your storage needs. I have stored my things there for over a year, and they really are very fast, caring and reliable, with pick up, storage and drop off. The whole system is no fuss and pragmatic, and Michael on their customer team has been responding to my numerous emails and questions within minutes and has been very accommodating to our needs and wishes.

Fast, precise and very kind service. Everything was well explained. The pick up went super well, it is definitely worth to get a pick up as an extra. They call you 15 min before that they are coming, so I can be ready. Michael explain everything to me on the phone and on the emial, and he was very available any time.

I had a great experience with Boxie service. I am an expat living in the Netherlands so sometimes moving is a bit challenging and hard if you are living alone. I needed to store my furniture and some boxes as I am in between houses before my new flat is finished. I did not want to sell everything so this option was great and very convenient. Moving team gave me clear instructions about packing and checked-in to make sure that everything is going well. Also they provided advice about the size of the storage unit, as I had no idea how much space I would need. They came on time, fully prepared and wrapped everything up in around 20 minutes for a storage size of 5m. What was the most important for me: all the advice as I do not have experience in moving stuff, have reliable service in the agreed time slot (which sometimes is a lot to ask from different companies unfortunately), and not have to worry about anything and carry heavy objects. The only small downside for me is that the payment period is 4 weeks, not just a regular month, so it makes it a bit weird with the payments, but honestly, the quality of the service is good enough that I am not much bothered with that. Also, I had some additional questions about the return of the items and Michael was kind enough to answer all of them and check in. Generally, if I will need to move again, I would definitely choose boxie again just because it saved me a lot of stress and brain space for all the other moving connected tasks that I had to organize.

Delivery of the moving boxes was on time and the driver was friendly.
The box quality was good, but the condition was a disaster - 1/3 were dirty with bird excrements and soil. A few were already cracked.
Out compliant to the support was handled quickly and they offered exchange, however that would not have been possible within our moving time frame. We had to clean them ourselves to have them ready for our move. At least we got a small refund.

This service has so much potential but unfortunately it didn’t go smoothly. For starters, the pricing is not transparent. You need to pay a fee to get your items returned (which I understand), but also need to pay for an extra month of storage (which jus doesn’t make sense, it’s such an arbitrary addition). This wasn’t clear upfront. Additionally, the drivers that came to collect our items arrived hours before the window we were given, and only gave us a 10 minute warning that they would be there soon. Then acted annoyed that we weren’t home. They also forgot two items and has us sign the inventory check list without having reviewed it to ensure they had every item. So we had to arrange a second pick up time. And today we had our items returned and discovered a plastic moving box was broken, which is disappointing because it makes me wonder how well our things were treated. I will say the customer service is good - responsive and helpful. And you can’t beat the convenience.
