I visited with my partner today looking to buy a new home at Hollin Bank. Rhodri and Claire were our salespeople and were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Wendy was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and reassure me at different points of my visit. It was really lovely to spend time talking to someone who actually wanted to listen and talk!

Very engaging and knowledgeable about the new builds and the estate.

Our sales consultant Bev Horan has been superb! She hasnt been able to do enough for us. She hasn’t SOLD this house to us she has basically talked us through all the details and allowed us to make our own informed decision. We can’t wait to move into our new home!

We viewed the development in Kidderminster. Lisa who showed us around was very helpful and answered our many questions!

As this is not our first rodeo with new builds /developments we were pleasantly surprised by the layout of the site [houses not crammed in on one another] and the size of the properties!

I would recommend a visit [but not too many people as we really loved the development and houses so don't want the competition 😉]

Slywia Knowles has been extremely helpful since I first spoke to her over the phone. My wife and I visited the development today and we had a great experience from start to finish! Sylwia was very patient and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend working with Sylwia!

We had a wonderful experience exploring the new estate . Wendy and Ludmalia were amazing . Ludmalia welcomed us very well with teas and coffe while Wendy took us around to show us some houses . Wendy was polite , patient full of knowledge about the houses and schemes . I would definitely recommend Bovis showrooms

The lack of 2 bedroomed homes available was very disappointing.

We reserved in September with Bovis and then had a bit of a delay due to the chain but they were fantastic with us and helped with chasing etc so we felt less stressed. They were calm and didn’t make us feel worried that we would ‘ loose the house’ if our chain didn’t be quick - which was a really nice touch. We dealt with Matt & Andrew initially who are both fantastic and then later on Andrew & Sam too.

One thing I would like to mention is that yes we did have a snag done and found a fair few issues but these are only cosmetic issues and we are very pleased with how quickly they have responded and dealt with any snags. Everytime we have raised them within a week or two they have sorted them or an appointment has been arranged.

The after care is very good and we are very pleased about it.

Helpful from start to finish, really clear information on the ways of purchasing and recommendations of some excellent third party expertise.

Janina was very kind and helpful. She answered all my queries helped me in all possible ways to secure the deal.

Our appointment was the last appointment, during a busy muddy boot event.
The appointment was meant to last 30 minutes, however we were there around 2 hours.

They took their time showing us the property and even showed us different ones to see the different stages in the development.

There was no rushing and answered all our questions with knowledgable answers!

The warm welcome and excellent communication from Yvonne (sales consultant) on our first visit is the main reason for us to proceed to buy a new house from Bovis.Yvonne explained the whole process of buying a house in an understandable way to us on our first visit.We met another sales consultant called Dawn who is super friendly and approachable.These two ladies are an asset for Bovis homes.They both were always very patient and friendly and willing to clarify any questions from the customer and helped us to make the best choices.So far the house development is quick and they are doing the second fix.They promised the house will be ready by spring and they are going to keep that promise as they are approaching the finals.
