This was a very enjoyable experience - from randomly wandering in for a browse via getting an in-depth consultation through to the final install, we could not be happier. Our bedroom looks far better now, we have considerably more space to store our clothes and we feel that for what we paid, this was good value for money.

We would use Boston Wardrobes again in a heartbeat.

I am extremely pleased with my Boston Wardrobe. From the initial visit from Jack Woolner to the fitting of the wardrobe everything went very well. Jack was exceptional with his advice, and I would like to expecially thank him for his time and effort. The person who came to fit the wardrobe was very efficient and I am very happy with the end result.

Our total experience from start to finish was easy and stress free. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. All the people involved were very pleasant and professional. The installation went smoothly without hassles. The finished wardrobe is as we were expecting and we are very pleased with the end result.

Boston Wardrobes are a well oiled machine. Easy to deal with and always responded quickly. The design team were very helpful in the layout and all the options we had to choose from. All staff were professional every step of the way. We love our new wardrobes!

I have used Boston before and found they do a good job, they are reliable and on time with delivery dates. The man that did my instillation was very good. Arrived on time, got on with the job and tidied up as he went.
I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to update and make more user friendly space in a bedroom wardrobe.

The team were all very professional and have done an excellent job. The day the packer was to come to me there was a delay and he didn’t make it to my place.I understood this but would like this to have been communicated to me . I had to contact the team at 1200 to ask where the packer was . A small thing only . The follow up once the wardrobes were in was excellent I would recommend in the future to anyone to use this company .They work hard and the quality of the finished product was fantastic.Thank you

Started of well representative came went over things with me and went of to do quote, received quote went ahead. Installation was then organized (took day of work as sat was not available) installation started, but could not be finished as the 3 door system i was told would be okay was not correct had to wait for new doors ( 2 door system). Installation of new doors organized when straight home from work to be there installer did not arrive was delayed on another job, had to make more time the next day to have installed.
Came to you because i had heard good things, but became quite disappointed.

We engaged Boston in Feb and were forthcoming on all things required, but the designer was either too busy or not in a rush and all said and done the wardrobes weren't installed until after we had actually moved back into our renovated home in June. The designer insisted on all building pre-fab work completed before he started any designs after which only then would he take a deposit to start production process. In between his trips to Waiheke, this seemed to take weeks longer than necessary and resulted in us often chasing for responses. The builders themselves confirmed it seemed unnecessarily slow. Upon install, we found the designs hadn't been accommodating of a partition (despite designer's onsite visits with this built) so were installed without enough space (unless you turned sideways) into the walk in wardrobe. We had to get designer back and installer to return to move things. We were also surprised as to no handles on the wardrobes having had no mention these weren't included throughout the process. I am still sourcing via a 3rd party supplier of my own accord and cannot easily open bi-fold doors in children's bedrooms in the meantime. Overall, product looks great, but process was far from and particularly compared to other suppliers we had no issues with re timings. Moving home to no wardrobes felt unnecessary and somewhat disappointing.
