Good quality Product
Product is amazing.
Waiting time, was long but average for anything you order in NZ.
Communication could improve. I had to chase them up for dates and times, a little disappointing considering the price of the product.

Excellent communication, incredibly responsive and managed expectations around delays that were out of their control. Any issue, e.g. the drawers were not quite correct, was fixed promptly. We love our new built in wardrobe and would recommend Boston Wardrobes to anyone

I love my completed wardrobes!
I love my completed wardrobes and recommend Boston Wardrobes. The process was clear, the consultants great and the finished product wonderful. The 4 star rating is because an installer drilled through some plumbing in the wardrobe wall and this caused a delay in install and incurred a plumbers bill.
