Very happy with all parts of the process and service from start to finish.

I first visited the showrooms at Boston Wardrobes around April of this year, and was able to get some ideas on how to fit out the bedroom wardrobes and other cupboard spaces in my recently refurbished 2 bedroom townhouse.
I was able to take a few photos of some setouts that caught my eye and also take some measurements as a guide. Bonnie was the person in the showroom that day and she showed me around some of the displays, pointing out features that are less obvious, such as retracting jewel drawers and dress mirrors.
After some thought, I made some sketches and returned again to the showroom - this time Venessa was the contact. She was helfpul and upon looking at the sketches I had done was able to give constructive advice as to how to make the finer details work, eg: leaving enough space to gain access to shirt /trouser slider rails that occupy an end of space cubby hole. Having worked out enough detail for a quote to be prepared, she took all the necessary details and advised me of lead times (about a week for initial quote, then a site measure, and then a month or so for maunfacture to install). All of these times were adhered to.
I made one small adjustment to the first set of plans and after a day or so, the final set of plans were sent back with official quote and request of confirmation to proceed. Again, all to prompt timing.
The install was done in one working day. Very impressive - my house is not that large, but some of the spaces needed to be fitted quite precisely.....I was very pleased with the end result. I now have 2 very tidy looking bedrooms, as well as 2x fitted hall cupboards and a wire shelving setout for the airing cupboard.

Installer arrived early and was very good couldn't have asked for better. This is a huge bonus for any company to have a trades person turn up on time and with a well organized van / working environment - hes a credit to Boston wardrobes

I can not comment on the use of the shelving because we have not used them yet. As for the ordering, delivering and installing processes of your firm, we are very satisfied with your job.

We love our new wardrobe. After pricing a kit set at a hardware store we were pleasantly surprised about how affordable it was in comparison, considering price included installation. Just sorry we didn't do this sooner!

My initial interaction with Boston Wardrobes was good - they were prompt to design and quote. I paid $9,200. Install was 3 weeks longer than initially quoted - post installation, there was no follow up, until I was contacted to see if my wardrobe could be photographed. I explained that I was unhappy with the service and the product - the wardrobe/dressing room had ‘snags’ scratched surfaces etc and other parts weren’t to the agreed plan. The Sales Manager promptly came out and agreed to remedy the issues. Four weeks later, the snags were fixed. The installer arrived with no idea what he was there to do/fix.
That was one week ago. Since the installer left (I wasn’t home) there has been zero follow up.
The drawer handles haven’t been installed correctly, however I simply cannot be bothered to contact Boston Wardobes again.
Overall, I would not recommend Boston Wardobes - the service and product simply aren’t worth it.

Good advice, clear communication and quick production and installation time. They came back and corrected something that was not perfect. Great to use a local company. Thanks!

From when I submitted a request for Boston to come and view our wardrobes and give a plan to the actual instalment of the systems I have been very happy with them. Each person I have dealt with in the company have been friendly, helpful and the final product is of a very high standard. Thank you Boston :)
