They definitely amplify sound well and I can hear the clock ticking across the room now which I haven't heard in years! However, they did whistle if I touched them while putting them in, and my ears were a bit sore after day 1. Support team was helpful though and told me to switch to the smaller tips and turn volume down while placing in ear. It helped, but still getting used to background noises being so bright. Fair product for the cost.
I was a bit hesitant buying online at first, but I’m so glad I went for the Certus One. They are genuinely tiny and comfortable. I wear glasses and had no issues with fit or rubbing at all. The sound clarity in conversations and watching TV has made a massive difference.
