Cancelled Appointments
After a series of cancelled appointments at Wells then Shepton Mallet, next appointment offered to my 95 year old Mother, is January, 8 months after original appointment. No thanks, now gone elsewhere!

Outstanding level of care
After my shock of discovering I had severe hearing loss at a relatively young age I was feeling very nervous about receiving hearing aids.
Lucy, in Boots Shepton Mallet put me at ease very quickly with her professional and compassionate attitude. I felt very confident and comfortable in Lucy’s hands, she was very knowledgeable and took great care and time ensuring I was happy.
After care has been followed up with Lucy, the same outstanding standard of care was received. My hearing aids have been life changing and I have recommended Lucy @ Boots Shepton Mallet to friends and family.
