Boots Hearingcare - Hayle Reviews 

Deeply underwhelming experience at Boots Hearingcare. I feel they're set up only for elderly care hearing loss - which might well be fair enough.

When trying to purchase my hearing aids I tried to use the finance option - which boasts flexible payment plans and 0% interest. That was not my experience. The finance company were awful and appeared to discriminate against me for being self employed. They wanted as much personal information from me as my mortgage company! I decided to fund the £3000 another way.

Boots Hearingcare absolutely could do better with their aftercare. When I tried to reach out to them on the phone I couldn't get through. I tried the website - my Hearingcare account generated errors, the webchat wasn't working and the online contact form gave me a generic 'two business day response time'. Not ideal for such a delicate matter and a vast amount spent on hearing aids.

As someone who already uses Boots Opticians, I expected better. Hearing care shouldn't be an add on or after thought. I'm taking my custom elsewhere this time.

Went really well Michael was so helpful and very polite and explained everything to me so it was clear and made me relax, i cannot think of anything negative.

Very informative and explained exactly what tests would be carried out, explained what tests would be carried out in the sound booth. Went through all the results on the computer and what they meant and what would be the next step. Explained everything to my partner what tests had been carried out and the next step after today and explained what would happen over the next year

I ve had many Assessments in my life for eyes and ears and found Michàels assessment of my ears outstanding .
His experience in depth was unparallelled but he wore it lightly and reduced explanations thoughtfully, being very keen that I should be
jointly part of his understanding.Equally he probed kindly for my views. I cannot really say how grateful I am to him for a human approach to a necessarily technical experience. I am thrilled to collect my hearing aids Monday at 4 o c which I know will be perfect for me.

Service was excellent. Attention to detail. Michael Caress understood exactly what my hearing problems were. Would highly recommend the service I received. He explained the problems I was experiencing with my hearing and recommended the right products to suit me.

I felt that I was rushed through being shown the new hearing aids. When I asked to test the bluetooth system by ringing my phone, I was told that the landline didn't work.
