Very detailed assessment and great explanation of all the findings. Audiologist took his time to make sure I understood everything.
Only negative was the poor audiologist having to work the computer system which seemed very slow.

Very pleased with the service. The audiologist was very helpful and explained everything. Good to know there is a back up service.

The Audiologist, Danielle was absolutely lovely. She showed great understanding and empathy whist maintaining a high degree of professionalism. I also walked out wearing my new hearing aids when I expected to wait a couple of weeks after reading other patient’s reviews.

Excellent service from Daniela. She took great care in ensuring I got the right hearing aids. The service she provided was very efficient with a follow up appointment after 2 weeks and any time I want to revisit, this can be easily be arranged. Would highly recommend.

They very kindly fitted me in and I was seen by Danielle who had done my hearing test and fitting originally.
