During my appointment was very relaxed and easy going Ewell explained

Staff were very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Spoke clearly, no difficulty with communication.

The guys were great made me feel at ease and knew what they were talking about

This is a great service. The audiologist explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I have the right hearing aids for my needs. He even advised on the colour! It is still early days for me but I’m not having any problems with my new hearing aids. I have a follow up appointment in two weeks.
I would recommend Boots hearing care.

Extremely professional test with specific clear instructions on results and what was required. Very personable audiologist.

Could not fault anything from the first initial consult to collection of my hearing aids. Douglas was very professional, explained everything throughout the assessment and advised on which aids would be the most appropriate. Would recommend Boots to anyone with hearing loss as could not fault.

The audiologist was very thorough and explained what would happen. After the hearing test he explained the results and we discussed the best options for my hearing aids and what I really wanted from my hearing aids, the best bit is you get to hear what it will be like too. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Boots Bishopbriggs are friendly and helpful but Everytime I shop there the security guard follows me around making my shopping experience unpleasant, I know he has to do his job but it's becoming annoying and putting me off shopping there .

I felt that the Audiologist was informative and attentive to my needs. My fist visit was on 1st Feb. {it was 3 years ago I first contacted Boots Hearing care - the Covid crisis intervened slightly}, the second visit was on 10 Feb for the full test and on 17 Feb I returned to make a purchase. I felt that Alexandra was a fantastic representative for Boots. I felt fully informed to make the appropriate choice.

Careful and well communicated assessment by your audiologist at your Bishopbriggs branch. Results were clearly shown to me, together with printouts. Options for hearing aids of different types and capabilities were shown to me. I made my choices and feel well supported by your audiologist, and Boots in general.
