Very poor aftersales

Very quick to sell their expensive hearing aids and set date for checking if they ok ok only for them to cancel appointment the same day by email.
Product battery lasts only 6/7 hrs so tried to return product only to find the person in the department not working today (Thursday) and other staff told me to come back tomorrow. I live 25 miles away. So no one working in boots could credit me. It seems that boots hearing is a completely separate company working part time. Very disappointed ☹️ ☹️ ☹️

Hearing blues disappear

From booking my first appointment to finally choosing my hearing aids the service has been quick ,efficient and expert. Everything about my hearing loss was explained very carefully and understandably.

Brenda the audiologist is a very polite Knowledgeable health care professional.

I felt at ease , all my questions were answers to my full satisfaction. Good customer service and looking forward to getting my new hearing aids in two weeks time.

No care about how customers may wish to contact them

Need to make an extended appointment at Ashford Kent branch to see to my two sets of aids,£6000 cost!
There’s two telephone numbers on their website,one has repeating messages only, the other is “unobtainable” !
What a shabby service!
July 22, local number on website still out of service, still on website. Took me one and a half hours to book appointment, then they confirmed by letter, different day.Now, back trying to confirm with no one answering again. What does the “ team “ want to discuss with me
replace my wasted hours or why they have done nothing to rectify this.

Very supportive

Very supportive, knowledgeable and professional service! Brenda answered all the questions and as a good sales person sold the top hearing aid! Look forward to getting the hearing aid and having my hearing difficulties resolved.
