The worst modeling agency. They just disappear after taking money from you. Absolute nonsense. Never ever get into a contract with them.
IT IS A SCAM

If a zero star is possible, this would have been my ratings for this company.
Sadly, after almost a year of signing my 9 year old daughter there has not been even 1 prospect for a job. The customer service is appalling as well. I have requested documentation to show how they have presented by daughter fir job prospects, they should be 3 applications, all of which were after my initial email requesting proof of applications for job they have done for my daughter. This was in February after signing the contract in July of the previous year.
A total waste of money.

I registered my 14 year old daughter on 7th February. They called me everyday giving big hopes as soon as they received the money they stopped calling. It’s a big SCAM please don’t waste your money.

Signed my baby with this 'Agency' (more like a scam if I'm honest) last August they literally sold me the dream even before I signed the contract they said they had work for my baby with Shein, Matalan & Gap (LOAD OF LIES)
I have already left a bad review on this before & they contacted me saying 'Work wasn't guaranteed & seems they have to be saying this to every single person) & the girl who was my babies 'Agent' (scammer) had covid (MORE LIES)
Hounding me until I paid my subscription once paid heard NOTHING from them had to chase them all the time & ignored my calls plenty of times.
Explained to them on my sign up that I'm a single mum & was about to lose my home because my landlord wanted his property back & money wasn't good & they still promised me my baby would get work if I paid my subscription THEY SCAM VUNERABLE PEOPLE STAY WELL AWAY

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS WASTEFUL COMPANY!!!!!!

Promised me a load of jobs, took my money for the subscription. Now I’m being ignored when contacting them.

Never contact you…you’ll always end up contacting them to find out what they are actually doing. Promised me a shoot with Levi and Sainsbury’s before i signed as i was exactly what they were looking for…signed up, excited then nothing for months.. i finally got in touch with someone (not even my agent) and was told because my agent had a baby and was working from home it was probably forgotten about so not followed up and unfortunately had gone to someone else…but they will message them to get in touch with me… WOW WHAT?? i wanted to leave that agency at that moment. They a full of bull… only after your money, no contact after other than selling you a dream and getting your hopes up. No after care no follow ups no nothing you may as well promote yourself on insta cos these guys are just a headset working from home… Agency my ass, its all a front! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR GET YOUR HOPES UP… I've been on their books for nearly 2 years and not 1 phone call….THEY WILL DEFLATE YOUR DREAM!!! Trust in these reviews… it really isn't that we’re just not good enough, the Agents don’t promote… it’s that simple!!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Don't say you don’t guarantee work because you did… i wouldn’t have suggested otherwise if you hadn’t. Again trying to get out of a bad review, just glad my contract with you is completed in August… waste of my time and money completely!!!! Again people please read the reviews before signing…we don't lie!

Update update: And just to clarify read my review it CLEARLY SAYS BEFORE I SIGNED! So yes she did actually and lied to get me to sign up thats all it was a big lie! ….Again people you are being warned… absolute dishonesty trying to cover up whats happened here…! In all honesty this is the most i have spoke to someone from this Agency in the whole 2 years I've nearly been signed up 🤣🤣🤣 ridiculous!!!!

Worst company ever. Sells you a dream over the phone to pay for the subscription and then never hear from them. Total scam don’t waste your time and money

absolute waste of money and time.. we signed our son up in November payed the fee was promised jobs for him before Xmas it's been 5 months and not heard a word from them.. my texts get ignored. she was belling off my phone before on time everytime to get me to sign. don't sign with these people.

Absolutely over the moon with this agency. Great service. Been working with them now for 6 months now and have secured 10 jobs. If you’re willing to put the work in you will definitely see the rewards. First couple of jobs wasn’t quite what I wanted but it was an opportunity for me to get myself out there. Now I am working with the clients I wanted to work with and things couldn’t be better.

Absolutely disgusting.. please listen to the reviews as I brushed them over my head and now I regret it..
they were fast replying at first and really sold the dream in a realistic way. They’re only good at being scammers. No response the second the payment went through. PLEASE do not trust this agency all they want is ur initial money..I’m leaving a review so no one funds this disgraceful company.. I even told them I’m just a student and don’t have a lot of money to be scammed and I even mentioned my worries about the bad reviews but they still scammed me anyways. DO NOT SIGN

What a bunch of scammers. The promise the earth for you to sign quickly and then NADA.

The main contact (woman) would eventually respond my messages after insisting 3 times over 2 weeks, just to tell that they have put me thru x castings, etc. Then when you ask for details they say they cannot tell, etc.

Luckily was only 1 year and not a lot of money but this and PLATINUM models are the same scam.
Careful with their positive reviews. Probably all false (They are for Platinum, with 1000s from people with 1 review, same writing format, etc).

I feel they are connected...

And I am writing this after doing work with other agencies like Fusionmng where they are professionals.

We live and we learn I guess.

To add some context to my review I went into the modelling industry with my eyes wide open - I wasn’t expecting regular work or to be travelling around the country every week for work. What I was expecting & from what I was told is that I would have regular contact from them & we would have some sort of working relationship ( not too much to ask for ) with suggested jobs etc.What I actually got was zero communication.Therefore I’ve just cancelled my contract with them although I know I won’t get any money back & I’m pretty sure they won’t care .Prior to me paying any money they were calling me daily.I have had no proactive contact from Grace who ‘signed’ me in February despite promising the world.I have applied for numerous jobs with no feedback whatsoever ( I have had plenty of work with other agencies & they actually communicate with me ).So for me Boom Models have been awful & I cannot recommend them .Waste of time.

Fabulous agency so far, worked on the M&S and Matalan Campaigns over the Summer and felt really supported from my agent as I’m quite new to the industry.

Much like everyone else’s experience, they take your money and it’s a complete scam.
Before signing up our representative was replying quickly and telling me about the H&M campaign she’d be able to get my daughter on in a few weeks as they were looking for someone who looked like her. She sold us the world telling us we’d get at least 1-2 jobs a month. We signed up, they took the money and it went silent. At first it was taking a few days to get a reply from her but this eventually turned into no reply at all. I called the head office twice to raise a complaints and only then did she text me back days later. I requested the refund policy from head office and they claimed no formal complaint had been made and that as they’d been ‘working on my daughters profile’ I wasn’t due a refund. So many other agencies wanted to sign my daughter, as a single mum on maternity pay I can’t afford to sign her up to multiple, and wish I’d spent my money elsewhere. Total SCAM and waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Total scam signed up my baby 6 months ago and had absolutely nothing. They claim they are putting him forward for jobs but nothing to show for it. Feel cheated out of my money and waste of time.
Really hard to get hold of someone to get updates on so called jobs they put my son forward for and always had to chase multiple times and email the main office email to get any response. When I cancelled my contract they have taken over a week to remove my sons profile and again refused to refund any money. Utter waste of time avoid them.

as a transgender woman and being very new to all of this i was very nervous starting out, that soon changed and my confidence has grown a lot. From the start of my modelling career i have been working with Grace. i have secured 4 jobs in 3 months, one of them being with a bigger company which i am not yet allowed to name. i couldn't be anymore grateful. My story is amazing and that's down to boom models. i'd like to thank Grace Vienna Megan Louise and the rest of the team for giving me a chance at something i've always dreamed of since being a child. also reception staff cant do enough for you at the Manchester office.

Complete waste of money and utter scam, don’t trust the people who work at Boom. They contact you to get the money to join the agency and then never contact again. They signed my 1 year old over a year ago, we haven’t even heard from them since. Please don’t be fooled and join this agency

Complete scam. No one contacts you and it’s a waste of money and time.

Had the best time with boom models been with them for nearly 8 months now and me and both of my children have come such a long way. Over the moon and so glad I made the decision to sign with them.
