Worse experience ever.

Worse experience ever.
They hounded me to sign a contract, told them I don’t have much money and they kept lowering the prices, was telling me river island, shein and other huge chains was interested in my daughter. Ended up signing as it was exciting for her, soon as that phone call went down, I NEVER heard off them again. I messaged a few times and hardly ever got a reply, as soon as I text saying it’s huge scam they stopped replying completely.
Shit brand, shit company.

I signed to this model agency last February for a year . Seemed ok when joining. Spoke to Grace Said they had companies interested in me ie, easyJet / Netflix. Heard nothing since then. Even the link to my profile that was set up doesn’t exist now. Think it’s a scam!! Even they website doesn’t exist now.,

Absolute scam!!

Absolute scam!!!
Was hounded with calls to sign my child with them they even listed off current model jobs in my local area!
After explaining how nervous I was about shedding out even more money after spending nearly £500 for a photo shoot the agent was very convincing!
More fool me! Nearly £600 out of pocket with nothing but scammers! To the point I can’t even afford to sign up with a legitimate company! Not that I would ever trust anyone in this industry again!

SCAMMERS. All the chat on the initial call. Once you have paid your money and signed the ‘contract’…..crickets.
The link to the website does not work, they never answer the phone or reply to emails.
If this agency rings you, after a photo shoot, hang up.

It's been a spiriling roller coaster

It's been a spiriling roller coaster. After Platinum model agency. The fake site is created, then circulated amongst more bogus scam sites, I noticed a misspellings, when really a high end sites would be formulated by high web designers. [ no room for errors]
I have asked for a refund , highly unlikely this will happen .
I personally wouldn't use these people anymore it's a vicious circle - they all regulate together!!!!!
Choice Model Management is also affiliated with Platinum model agency.
Boom model agency, much more are included.

I must say this!

Good Afternoon, I must leave a review for others to be warned. I advise families, individuals not to apply to Boom Models UK. It has been a waste of money, a waste of a one year contract . The team didn't do enough to fulfill there contract using excuses to justify themself and was not able to secure 1 modelling job in 1 year and didn't make the effort required just were happy with their money accumulating annually by increasing profits from individuals. Furthermore, poor customer service, poor representation of client to highlight my representative being unavailable for 9 months out of the 1 year contract was unhelpful and I was not contacted. I have spoke to the customer service numerous times, really poor advice. In addition I must agree with it being a scam. Models direct is the only one you could look into. Finally don't waste your money and make the error spending in Booms Model UK. I have to warn the viewers couldn't keep silent!
Thank you

STAY AWAY - SCAMMERS

STAY AWAY - SCAMMERS!!!
This is not a professional agency but a frontend for scamming people looking to get into the modeling business. They aggressively torment you into coming for a trial photoshoot with photographers who do not know how to work with babies (in my case, I came with my baby daughter), the images are not professional and then you are invited into this stuffy tiny booth where they try to manipulate you into buying a package to work with them, i.e. pay them between £1000-2000 ON THE SPOT as a fee for them to put you in touch with other agencies, aka a middleman for a middleman collaboration. Apparently the fee includes them training you to model - again not relevant for a 4months old baby..:) In any case, any professional agency wouldn’t ask for money upfront until there is a potential collaboration opportunity so this in itself demonstrates the organized crime they set up.

I asked about terms and conditions prior to coming which they ignored, ofcourse they prefer you to come and invest time which again a full afternoon of being made to wait with a baby in a stuffy, crowded and hot studio was not at all professional and another red flag amongst many others.

The minute you say you need to think about it or consult your partner the mood and attitude turns bitter and hostile. They even pretend that one of the agencies has already shown an interest - BOOM MODELS which is another sister entity for extracting even more money from you..the most hilarious part is that they (the lady was called Milla, a tall skinny lady) say if you don’t pay them straight away, all your trial photoshoot images will be deleted if you step outside the studio due to GDPR. When I called the next day, they were still offering me to buy the crappy images off them, meaning that they were not deleted - grounds for a legal case!!

I have luckily not fallen for this scam but have seen posts from others who have saying that they never got any work from them or their money back but only a crappy 2-min html a kid can do at home pretending to be your portfolio website.

I am writing this review in the hope that other mothers with babies and children, as well as other individuals don’t fall for their very rotten game, especially with today’s living expenses and the theft they have set up in the shape of a modeling agency. Platinum Model and BOOM models, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Amazing experience

I signed with boom models around 7 months ago, I got my first job after 3 weeks of signing. Since then I’ve worked 9 shoots. My most recent shoot was yesterday and by far my biggest accomplishment.

Thanks to the boom team for making my dreams a reality. Xx

Scammers, don’t waist your money

**Title: Avoid This Scam – Don’t Waste Your Money!**

I want to warn everyone about a scam that took my money and left me with nothing but frustration. After patiently waiting for several months without any response, I sent multiple emails but received zero answers. They completely stopped sending any job offers, proving it was definitely a scam.

This happened to me about a year ago, and I had almost forgotten about it until recently. My daughter came to me, excitedly announcing that she wanted to be a model and that she would make a lot of money. Alarm bells went off in my head, and I remembered my own terrible experience. I tried to warn her, but these scammers are very convincing and know exactly what to say to gain people’s trust and get them to sign up and pay money.

Even though I sent her all the proof, I'm still not sure if she will avoid falling into this trap. Please, don’t waste your money on this scam. Save yourself the frustration and heartbreak that I went through. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Be careful and do thorough research before committing to anything.

I absolutely regret giving them my money, i trusted them, said they would help me out for my modelling career after signing the contract. I kept on messaging and messaging Megan asking her what’s going on, no word from her again definitely scammers, won’t happen again. Don’t trust them.
