I had a fabulous experience from start to finish. All my needs were catered to include any questions that I had Before during and after my surgery, I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend the surgeon & the hospital that I used for my procedure.. clean comfortable and well managed environment the nurses and staff at the hospital although at times there was a language barrier went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and pain free. Communication between the booking team and the surgical team and Myself was excellent available pretty much 24 seven for me. The price in which I paid included all of my transfers and my hotel stay after the procedure which only added to the great treatment that I received

Flawless experience from beginning to end!
I cannot even begin to say enough good things about Bookimed, the doctor, his staff and the facility.
My Bookimed advisor was Winnington. He was very responsive and always right on the ball! After considering several different doctors and facilities, I decided to go with Doctor Joaquin Ayala del Muro, and Aura Health Center in Tijuana. Carlo, who works for Doctor Ayala. was the liason between myself and Doctor Ayala. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Meeting him in person was an absolute pleasure. He was so friendly and so great to deal with. He picked me up at San Diego airport and took me back on the day of my return as well. He also provided transportation for me to several appointments while I was there. Doctor Ayala! Where do I even begin? A plastic surgeon since 1978, trained in Brazil, highly skilled, very funny, compassionate, caring..and he listens. His staff is equally as wonderful, especially Sarah. The facility where I had my surgery was Aura Health Center in Tijuana. Everybody there was a pleasure to deal with. Not one bad apple in the bunch. My results were outstanding. The prices were amazing and they made sure that my visit was as comfortable as possible. If you're going to go to Aura Health Center to have surgery, I highly recommend you stay at the Rio Suites, which is nearby. Probably the most reasonably priced place for the money you're going to find in the area. The room was modern, clean, well- appointed, and it's centrally located and within walking distance of many businesses. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Again, many thanks to Doctor Ayala, Carlo, Winnington, Sarah and Aura Health Center for such a positive experience, I will definitely be back!

I used Bookimed to arrange my medical trip to Istanbul, and the whole process was much easier than I expected. My coordinator Maksim was always available, patient, and quick to adapt when I had to change my travel dates at the last minute.
Bookimed arranged my transfers, hotel, and hospital appointments without any stress on my side. Everything matched exactly what they promised. The hospital they recommended (Lokman Hekim) and Dr. Murat Yaman were excellent choices, and I’m very satisfied with the care I received.
I’m usually not comfortable in hospitals, but this time I felt supported throughout the entire journey. Bookimed made the whole experience feel organized, safe, and smooth.

Don't be disappointed book today
I've had 3 procedures with Dr Gülden. Ive had arm lift, tummy lift 360° with lipo and my last procedure which was 2.5 weeks ago a thigh lift and lipo...
We were picked up at the airport told where to meet the driver and what car he would be in. Driven to the hospital and a nurse came in with consent forms to sign, bloods were then taken and xrays... next morning Dr Gülden came in and worked her magic eye over the area that needed to be sorted, Dr Gülden made me feel at ease even with the first surgery and never meeting her before it was like meeting an old friend and by the second visit and 3rd surgery by her fair hands she definitely was a friend.
She explained everything and said you are going to look more amazing than you do now. My reply was well its all your work.
This lady really knows her stuff and I would recommend anyone thinking of have plastic surgery, you really need to see her.
The fact that my first surgery was done 2 years ago, she remembered me which speaks volumes.
The fact that there is no time or limit to speak to her, she's there. I dont feel as if im worked on and just left to sort things out when im back home, Dr Gülden is always at the end of the phone answering any questions no matter how small or big.
When Dr Gülden thinks you are ok you are then sent to a hotel to recoup.
The day before you fly you are picked up and given the once over to make sure everything is ok and given a fit to fly.
All her staff are amazing and very helpful.
My last visit was sad as everything I want done is done and unless I go back with friends I won't see get to see her again, thats how lovely and caring she is.
You have nothing to lose by enquiring so just do it you wont be disappointed.

I chose the date for surgery
I'm from Calgary and got fed up waiting for hernia repair surgery. So I contacted Bookimed through the internet, and chose Cancun as there is direct, non stop flights to and from Calgary. The surgery went as planned and the doctor performing the surgery was fantastic. He was or is very experienced and carried out his craft at a number of hospitals. The one we went to is Hospital Azura which is very clean and the staff are very professional. We head back north tomorrow.

Easy to find the clinic for you
It was incredibly easy to find the right clinic for me for my needs. I had an idea in mind of where I wanted to go but changed my mind and it wasn't a problem for Bookimed to make a course correction.
Due to me being in North America and Bookimed being based in Europe, there is a time delay to factor in so that's something to consider if you have time sensitive questions. It wasn't an issue for me, but it's definitely something for people to consider.
I was very satisfied with Bookimed and I've already recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so.
